[player_tooltip player_id='1797156' first='Kaiden' last='James'] saw his stock explode this offseason on the camp circuit. He added his first offer from Alabama then proceeded to add more from Georgia State and Appalachian State. James is a 6'2 185 receiver with a basketball background. Thanks to his length and leaping ability, he can rise above defenders, get his mitts in the air, and pluck the ball off the helmet of defenders. He is a fluid mover, which allows him to weave and create his own yards after the catch. James is an elite athlete and still has his best football ahead of him. He will be one of the premier 2027 receivers in Georgia.

Ran Ogletree is a stout, powerful two-way player who will likely end up on the defensive side of the ball. He is a versatile defender, lining up at corner and safety. He projects as a safety or nickel, where he can play closer to the line of scrimmage and roam with more range. He is an absolute striker. When he fires downhill, he quickly closes the space between himself and the ball carrier, then arrives violently. He has plenty of speed, which allows him to play centerfield adequately. He frequently jumps routes over the middle of the field and can get under the ball. Ogletree is athletic, but his violence as a striker is what raises my eyebrows.

Demetrius Brooks is a sleeper, but he checks several D1 boxes at corner. He is a long 6'1 170 and has room to add weight from head to toe. When playing with cushion, it's like he's attached on a rope to WRs, mirroring well and acting out the subtle movements needed to handle route combinations. When clicking downhill, he often goes for the kill shot more than a form tackle, but he still doesn't hesitate when seeking contact. He has the speed and strides to stick on the hip of WRs as he trots downfield, and his height makes it difficult to drop the ball in over him. Brooks has D1 tools and a big senior season should allow him to break that threshold.

Caden Clay is committed to play at Charleston Southern. In my opinion, he is one of the most underrated signal callers in the state. Clay has a super twitchy release and can drive the ball over the middle of the field with just the flick of his wrist. He mixes up trajectories on tape and is capable of turning the nose of the ball over and dropping it into the basket. He is a fine athlete and can create his own yards as a runner when intended. He is big and lanky, meaning more good weight should add more arm strength. Clay can make a wide variety of throws and is athletic enough to keep plays alive, which are both attributes that translate.

[player_tooltip player_id='401514' first='Jamarcus' last='Davis'] has a QB background from his younger football days, but it looks like he has made the transition to DB, which has worked in his favor as he has added several FBS offers this offseason. Davis might not possess ideal measurables for a corner, but his speed and explosiveness allow him to compensate. Creating separation against him is difficult. He is fast, but also fluid in the hips, allowing him to change direction and defend several kinds of routes. He has speed, but he can become even faster as he develops better running technique. Davis also plays on offense and special teams as a returner. He is dangerous with the ball in his hands, but I believe this is a DB projection.
