[player_tooltip player_id='283913' first='Travis' last='Burgess'] - Grayson

A fast-rising 2026 quarterback in Georgia, Burgress is a big, strong-armed quarterback with plenty of size at 6-foot-5 200-pounds. As a junior this season, this promising passer will lead one of the best teams in Georgia and has a big opportunity to show that he's one of the state's best not only in the 2026 class but across the 6A classification. He didn't play much last year, but now it's his turn to lead the Rams. A true dual-threat quarterback, look for Burgess to make big plays with both his arm and his legs this season. If he does, look for some significant offers to possibly come his way down the road.

Dayton Raiola - Buford

New quarterback, same last name for the Buford Wolves this fall. Dayton Raiola, a promising junior with good size and improved arm talent. Out of the shadows, this 6-foot-0 210-pound quarterback moves well in the pocket and can make plays with his legs when he sees an opening in the middle of the field. He's also shown the ability to throw on the run and test defenses vertically. Playing for one of the best teams in the state, surrounded by talent, it's easy to see Raiola take a big step forward and lead the Wolves to a big season this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='275998' first='Cohen' last='Peeples'] - East Coweta

An under the radar quarterback who loves to sling the ball down the field, Peeples may not be the biggest quarterback around, but the young man can play. A good athlete who can make plays with his legs, the East Coweta gunslinger threw for 1,679 yards and 18 touchdowns through the air. He also rushed for seven touchdowns on the ground. He's a tough quarterback who can take a hit who loves to push the ball down the field. He's a guy who should only get better as a senior this year. Look for him to be tough to handle for defenses every week this year as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id='283826' first='Darnell' last='Kelly'] - Peachtree Ridge

A promising passer who really shined last year as a sophomore, Kelly throws a beautiful ball down the field and was one of the state's leading passers across the 2026 class last year. He brings good size at 6-foot-2 185-pounds with the ability to stand strong in the pocket and deliver a catchable ball down the field. He reads the field, knows where to go with the ball, and could be one of the top breakout quarterbacks in Georgia this fall. He's coming off an impressive sophomore season where he threw for over 2,700 yards and 27 touchdowns while rushing for just under 400 yards and 9 more scores. He's a name to keep a close eye on this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1683966' first='CJ' last='Peoples'] - Archer

An impressive young quarterback to know in Gwinnett County, Peoples will just be a sophomore this fall, but if things go well, he could see his stock really take off after the season. He's a young kid with a lot of talent, a live arm, and the ability to make plays with his feet. He's playing in system that should showcase his throwing ability, and he'll only get better as he continues to put on more muscle and develops his craft. He can throw from different arm angles and has his best football way ahead of him. He's a promising 2027 quarterback to know in Georgia this fall who could have a really strong sophomore season.
