Brackney is flying under people's noses. He measures in at 6'1 190 pounds. He has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, very good change of direction, and good acceleration. One thing that really stood out to me was his very shifty footwork. Brackney has a high motor and consistently competes on every down. He will go from sideline to sideline to make the tackle or assist his teammates. He showcases good mental processing by choosing the correct gap to rush leading for a TFL. He will also stay patient when going to tackle the ball carrier, not getting overzealous and getting beat. Brackney is a good block shedder, and uses a low pad level to out leverage his opponent. I'm looking forward to seeing him grow more in Cherry Creek's defensive gameplan.

Craig had a solid freshman year as the starting quarterback for Timmath. Throughout the season, he went 72/119 for 813 yards, 60.5% completion with 5 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. First thing that sounds out when you throw on the tape, is his cannon of an arm. He just steps back and launches the ball to his receiver downfield. Depending on the situation, he will sidearm throw. He demonstrates good accuracy at all 3 levels, but his deep ball stands out the most to me. He also has a high arch on his deep throws. Good throw on the run. He's accurate while rolling out to his left. Good ball placement. He'll throw the football in stride with his wide receiver, right on the money, or right above them so no one else can get it. He has a very convincing pump fake to confuse the defense. I'm excited to see how Craig develops further in his sophomore season.

One of the elite offensive linemen coming out of the 2027 class is [player_tooltip player_id='1330909' first='Reis' last='Russell']. Russell started for Valor Christian last year at tackle and guard showing his versatility. He has good size at 6'3 260 pounds. Reis is a beast on the offensive line. Reis has elite strength and uses it to his advantage. Russell has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, very good footwork, and good speed. Will get out in front of the RB in the open field creating more blocks. He has very good quickness out of his stance. Maintaining a low pad level to out leverage the DL. He uses his very good hand placement to control and steer the defender away creating a hole for the running back to run through, or create space for the QB to throw. He has a very good anchor, and won't budge while getting rushed. One of his aspects that stood out to me was his pull blocking. He is very good at it, his athleticism goes hand in hand with it. Russell has very good competitive toughness, as he competes on each play giving it his all while playing through the whistle. If a teammate needs help, Russell assists in the block assignment. I'm very excited to see how Russell continues to develop as an offensive lineman.

Rounding off this list is [player_tooltip player_id='347218' first='Will' last='Fella']. Fella measures in at 5'9 185 pounds and plays inside linebacker for Pine Creek. Fella has good athletic ability due to good speed, acceleration, change of direction, and balance. Good mental processing too. Fella showed the ability to identify the gaps in the OL and rush them. In zone coverage, he would follow the QB's eyes leading him to a tackle. An aspect that stood out to me, was he tried to rip the ball out of the RB's hand multiple times. I'm expecting to see some fumbles caused by that this upcoming season. He is a good block shedder, eating blocks up to stuff the run. Fella tackles towards the ballcarrier's center of gravity. He runs with a head full of steam, and will hit unexpecting defenders hard and with force. He showed very good competitive toughness throughout his play. Using his high motor, he would help teammates finish tackles, or run to the other side of the field to make the tackle. I'm excited to see more of Fella develop as a linebacker over the course of the upcoming season.
