Craig has been at a couple of our events now, and doesn’t disappoint. He has good athletic ability due to good speed, acceleration, change of direction, and jumping. Very good balance during the drills. During the 7 on 7 portion, he showcased his very good side arm release. Slinging it with ease all camp long. Very good throw power. Very good accuracy at all 3 levels. If he missed a couple of passes, it didn’t matter. He showed his gunslinger mentality, connecting with his receivers downfield. Very good ball placement skills. I’m excited to see how Craig does. He has a bright future ahead of him!

Craig is a name generating serious buzz after a strong showing on the camp circuit this offseason. A polished signal caller with the tools to command an offense, Craig has all the intangibles you want in a leader. Now transferring to Timnath, he steps into a prime opportunity to take over the reins and elevate the program’s passing game. With poise in the pocket, good mechanics, and solid decision making, he’s poised to make a statement this fall. Craig has steadily climbed onto the radar and should continue to rise if he builds on his momentum. Expect him to be a name to know in 2027 with a breakout year.

Another standout that came to my attention due to our PRZ camp. Craig measures in at 6’2 165-pounds. Craig is a pocket passer who relies more on his arm then his legs. Craig has very good throw power paired with a quick snappy release. Craig has good ball placement, but what stands out to me is his placement on outs and sideline throws. Good throw on the run, and uses his fluid hips to maintain accuracy. Craig is accurate on off-script throws. He has very good mental processing. He has a very calm demeanor. Craig goes through his reads, always keeping his eyes downfield. I’m excited to see more from Craig moving forward.

Craig is a lengthy QB. During the drills, he showed his long strides mixed with good acceleration needed to run out of the pocket under duress. He has good throw power, and making accurate throws during the drills. One thing to note about Craig is he is very coachable. During the teaching moments, he was very attentive and implemented it into his game. He has a good snappy release, launching the ball downfield to his man. He showcased good mental processing by going through his reads and finding the open man. Stellar performance.

Craig had a solid freshman year as the starting quarterback for Timmath. Throughout the season, he went 72/119 for 813 yards, 60.5% completion with 5 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. First thing that sounds out when you throw on the tape, is his cannon of an arm. He just steps back and launches the ball to his receiver downfield. Depending on the situation, he will sidearm throw. He demonstrates good accuracy at all 3 levels, but his deep ball stands out the most to me. He also has a high arch on his deep throws. Good throw on the run. He’s accurate while rolling out to his left. Good ball placement. He’ll throw the football in stride with his wide receiver, right on the money, or right above them so no one else can get it. He has a very convincing pump fake to confuse the defense. I’m excited to see how Craig develops further in his sophomore season.
