This could have a ripple affect with my next quarterback but for now let's talk about Layne and the fit with Army. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Layne is a one the fastest/quickest quarterbacks in the nation with a 4.39 40, this has the chance for a perfect match with Coach Monken's offense. In case you haven't been aware in the 11 seasons since Coach Monken took over Head Coaching duties, the Cadets have been a much different team. I remain steadfast in my praise of his work he is a FBS level talent. Ranked 5th overall Delhomme has over 20 FBS offers and he recently seem to narrow down to 6 schools.
