[player_tooltip player_id='1241978' first='Kedin' last='Avila Jr']. is an incredibly shifty back who has no issues making defenders miss. Reaching into his deep bag of tricks, you never know what move he's going to make, but there's a good chance the first guy isn't able to bring him down. A true dual threat, Avila Jr. does a great job catching the ball out of the backfield. Both with making himself an option when his quarterback gets into trouble and designed routes, his secure hands and ability after the catch make him a real threat through the air. Going into his sophomore season, Avila Jr. is a player coaches should have their eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='1307279' first='Jonah' last='Mailei'] has some really impressive top speed that often has him pulling away from everyone else on the field. It's not just the speed that makes him so dangerous though. Not at all afraid to lower his shoulder when he needs to, Mailei can run right through players just before he starts to pull away. Always looking for an opportunity to cut it back when a seam opens up, he has some impressive vision that helps him navigate the trenches. Mailei is certainly a prospect to watch heading into just his sophomore season.

Doubling as a linebacker, [player_tooltip player_id='1244928' first='Teave' last='Brown'] brings some serious power when he's running the rock. It's surprising to see someone who runs as physically as he does, also have such electrifying feet. He has great burst which allows him to make defenders miss without much effort. His strong base makes him really hard to bring to the ground as he barrels his way through defenders. With all this being said, he's even better on the defensive end. An instinctual linebacker who can play physically against the run while having the finesse to cover the slot really well. He's a player that coaches should have on their big board for the 2027 class.

At 5'9" and 170 lbs, [player_tooltip player_id='1294371' first='Will' last='Rasmussen'] provides a real spark for his offense. With some great agility, he's so shifty that it's hard for defenders to get a good grip on him. Even when they are able to make contact, Rasmussen is a slippery back and often finds ways to squeeze out of tackle attempts. When he goes out for a pass, he's just as dangerous. His agility has him running some really crisp routes and his burst gives him nice separation. As only a freshman, he averaged 6.7 yards a carry but only managed to find the endzone one time. Rasmussen, Utah's 28th-ranked prospect, could see that number take a big jump in his second year.

[player_tooltip player_id='944760' first='Sean' last='Tahi'] is a good mix of speed and power as a runner. He's the type of running back that linebackers never want to face. Always willing to lower his shoulder and go through defenders, but also quick enough to get around them if he needs to. That can be extremely draining for a linebacking corps on the other end of those powerful hits for four quarters. With his speed, Tahi is very effective in the passing game as well. When he lines up in the slot, oftentimes linebackers can't cover him on their own. As he goes into his sophomore year, Tahi is a player that could turn a lot of heads throughout the season.
