Jayden comes to St. Charles after playing his first 2 years at La Plata HS, where I was able to get eyes on him last fall. A good size QB prospect at 6'2" and a frame to fill out with good bulk, allowing Jayden to be able to take hits and keep going. That frame will help as he is a QB who can make plays with his legs in various ways. Whether moving the pocket, extending the play, scrambling for big gains, or throwing on the run, Jayden will have defenses always on their toes with his range of playmaking ability. He is a talented athlete overall, a 2 sport star, Jayden was also the starting PG for La Plata's basketball team. Jayden displays a live arm, getting nice zip on his passes with a quick release. I will be interested to see Jayden lead his new squad this fall and take that next step in his development.

Dillon is another QB taking over at a new school this upcoming fall. Originally from CA before coming over to play at St. Johns (DC), this spring he has transferred over to Bullis and is set to be their starter going forward and looks to have a big junior season. Dillon is a player I've watched live many times at QBFactory workouts and he continues to develop his mechanics while also getting stronger in his build and arm strength. During his sophomore year, Faust still saw the field plenty even though he was the back-up at SJC. He has a real smooth release, the ball just flows out of his hand. Dillon throw a pretty ball with nice trajectory and a is very catchable pass for his receivers. He gets good air on his deep ball and can push it down the field, gets it out there for the WR to run under for big plays. Look for Dillon to have a big season this fall and really make his name for himself with a loaded Bullis squad.

Micah may be the biggest sleeper QB in the group and could be a big riser in his position rankings after this fall. He was all division as a sophomore throwing for over 1300 yards, 11 TDs, rushed for 5 TDs, and leads one of the best teams in the state. Micah has a good build for QB, 6'2" long limbed and stands tall in the pocket. He has real nice deep ball arm strength. You see Micah whip that arm back and let it fly with a nice high release getting it down the field 40+yds with nice velocity on the pass. He's a QB who also shows nice pocket mobility and awareness. Can feel and escape the rush, keeping his eyes down field, and a capable thrower on the run as well. Micah has some nice tools to work with, if he can just continue to develop and work on some mechanics, I see him being a high FCS level QB prospect.

Tyler is a player I got to see recently at a Howard Co 7v7 and he was extremely impressive on the day. Tyler throws with great timing and anticipation. He sees the field well, making quick decisions and accurate reads. Tyler gets nice zip on all his passes, short to deep, and has a quick compact release. Also a dual threat QB, he is always capable of keeping the play alive with his legs. He can extend the play, scrambling in the pocket and rolling out to find the open receiver. As a runner, he is effective in designed runs or running for big chunks of yards when the play breaks down. Tyler is a playmaking QB and shows excellent leadership skills and a high football IQ when running the offense. I would like to see him improve on his deep ball strength some still, and at 5'11" that can hurt inn recruiting, but I expect Tyler to lead Atholton to a successful season and garner strong interest from FCS/D2/D3 schools next spring.

Drakeford is a player I have seen multiple times at National Preps events, and he is always one of the top performing QBs of said events. Will is a tall, athletic, dual threat QB who is capable of making all the throws. He gets nice velocity on all his throws and can work all 3 levels of the field with good accuracy/timing. He throws a real pretty deep ball, getting it out there in front of the receiver with nice trajectory on the throw. As a DT QB, Will is a weapon with his legs. He knows when to take off and run, has some good wiggle and will eat up grass with his long stride. William also shows good pocket awareness and mobility, stepping up to make the throw or take off and run, while also being able to keep the play alive with his legs and extending the play. William is poised to have a big junior season with new HC coach Parrish taking over coming over from Wise. I expect Will to be a name for college coaches after this season, and is another candidate to be a big rankings riser after this fall.
