brings a dynamic blend of athleticism and arm talent that makes him a constant challenge for opposing defenses. He is effective both within the structure of the passing game and when plays break down, showing the ability to extend snaps beyond the line of scrimmage and generate yards with his legs. Bell is active and elusive in the pocket, using his vision and quick cuts to avoid pressure while keeping his eyes downfield, a trait that allows him to turn potential sacks into explosive plays.
When he does take off, Bell runs with determination and toughness, adding another layer to his offensive value. As a passer he finished fifth in the state with 2,471 passing yards and 27 touchdowns. Bell’s combination of mobility, playmaking instincts, and downfield effectiveness makes him a quarterback who can dictate the tempo of a game and thrive in today’s spread and RPO-based offenses.

Bell is one of the brightest spots for Atholton, who currently boasts a 3-2 record. In five games, he’s completed 67-of-102 passes for 1,363 yards, 16 touchdowns, and four interceptions. He’s also carried the football 44 times for 362 yards (8.2 yards per carry) and four touchdowns. Bell is currently the No. 22 quarterback according to the rankings. I can see him getting into the Top 15 once the dust settles.

Bell is on his way to finishing off his high school football carrier in a strong manner. In his first two games of the season, Bell has completed 23-of-30 passes for 634 yards, eight touchdowns, and one interception. He’s also carried the football 16 times for 139 yards (8.1 yards per carry) and two touchdowns. Bell is showing that he’s elusive in and out of the pocket. He’s a pass-first quarterback, but he’s dangerous as a runner too. Bell is a poised veteran who looks very confident running his offense. He deserves a closer look from colleges that value on-field production and are not too caught up on his height. There’s a school on some level that would benefit from having Bell as their quarterback.

A player I’ve gotten to see a solid amount over the last year and always come away impressed with his throwing ability. The NP Showcase continued that trend. What stands out the most is how pretty the ball comes out of his hand with a smooth, quick compact release. With nice trajectory and pace on all his passes he change speeds to consistently hit the receiver in stride. Strong enough arm to push it vertically 40+ yards down the seam and hit deep corner routes with ease. Tyler is also extremely accurate with his passes. Consistently puts his throws right in the WRs path where only they have a play on the ball. He shows impressive timing and anticipation with his throws. Tyler is also a strong athlete on the field, able to extend the play, scramble for yards and does a nice job of keeping his eyes down field to find the open WR while on the move. Tyler is a high IQ QB who can run a successful offense and is an overall playmaker at the position. College coaches should not let height be a negative factor with Tyler as he is a winner/competitor that will be a standout QB at the D2/D3 level for many programs.

Tyler split time at QB for Level82 but he was a key factor in their tournament run. He came in during the game vs Octane-Plaitnum and lead his squad back from a down double digits for a victory. His first past coming into the game he launched a deep ball right on target to set Level82 up for a score. Later he dropped a dime on a corner route in the back of the endzone to put his team in the lead. Tyler’s accuracy, confidence and leadership was invaluable to his squads success and they wouldn’t have made it final 8 of the weekend with out him stepping up big.
Had a great junior season @AtholtonFB – Here are my full end of season highlights for this year, check me out! Dualthreat QB @CoachEWoodson @NPCoachZim @NPCoachJeff @gobigrecruiting https://t.co/o69utzXUCB

Bell is a strong-armed, tough, and composed quarterback who can push the ball downfield and make plays under pressure. His ability to scramble without panicking and his willingness to attack defenses vertically make him a solid quarterback prospect. Bell has multiple plays of him hitting receivers in stride for at least 40-plus yards. There’s one play where he throws a seam route over a defender, showing his accuracy. Bell does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield when scrambling. He’s not a run-first quarterback but can extend plays and scramble when needed. There’s one play on his highlight where he avoids multiple tacklers in the backfield to eventually gain 15-plus yards on the run, showing his elusiveness. Bell also indicates a willingness to take a hit in the pocket.
As with a few other quarterbacks in this article, his size may limit the scope of his recruiting. He’s a mechanically sound quarterback with pocket poise, field vision, athleticism, and playmaking ability. There are plenty of schools that can use a player like that.

Tyler is a player I got to see recently at a Howard Co 7v7 and he was extremely impressive on the day. Tyler throws with great timing and anticipation. He sees the field well, making quick decisions and accurate reads. Tyler gets nice zip on all his passes, short to deep, and has a quick compact release. Also a dual threat QB, he is always capable of keeping the play alive with his legs. He can extend the play, scrambling in the pocket and rolling out to find the open receiver. As a runner, he is effective in designed runs or running for big chunks of yards when the play breaks down. Tyler is a playmaking QB and shows excellent leadership skills and a high football IQ when running the offense. I would like to see him improve on his deep ball strength some still, and at 5’11” that can hurt inn recruiting, but I expect Tyler to lead Atholton to a successful season and garner strong interest from FCS/D2/D3 schools next spring.
