Film Review: Rob’s Offensive Weapons Ready For A Breakout Season!

He has a quick first step in the running game and is able to show his strength with the way he dominates his opponent and blowing them off of the ball. He has the speed to be able to pull block, getting through to the second level at times and punishing backers. He is a big play waiting to happen and is a threat to get into the endzone whenever he touches the ball. He has good vision and is able to hit the hole quickly when he sees it. He has some speed and when he is able to get to the second level he hits another gear and leaves defenders in the dust. You can see the vision in the way he sets up his blocks and navigates to find an opening. He has the top end speed to be a threat whenever he makes it into the open field, turning it into a track meet when he makes it to the second level. He has soft hands and is a threat out of the backfield. He has the top end speed to be a threat when he makes it to the perimeter, being a homerun threat when he touches the ball. He has the vision to find the hole quickly, setting up his blocks and navigating to get north and south in a hurry. I like his ability to be a weapon out of the backfield and be a 3 down back. He has the hands to be dangerous out of the backfield and shows the patience to let his blocks develop. With his height he creates mismatch problems but has the ability to go up and high point the football, going over top of them at times to get the catch. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and is a good blocker on the perimeter, getting hands on and giving the ball carrier time to get around him.
