[player_tooltip player_id='368949' first='A'lysha' last='Rodriguez'], Mountain Pointe '25

One of the most electric players in the state and a legit division 1 talent has all the tools to bust loose this fall. Rodriguez possesses tat "it" factor when you see him run and move, flashing excellent top end speed, change of direction, and spatial awareness. He hits top speed almost immediately and has the natural ability to jump and bounce laterally and pick up his top end speed like he didn't even have to cut or bounce. A pure football player with the ability to excel from multiple spots, and needs to be on your recruiting board ASAP.

[player_tooltip player_id='835498' first='Harrison' last='Chambers'], RB Brophy '26

Chambers looks to be a big piece of Brophy's explosive offense this fall and has all the physical tools to do so. He's a big play threat with good top end speed in the second level, as he put up over 800 yards and 7 TD's last year. Twitched up player with good short area quickness and vision to be able to make a single cut and spring loose. Expecting a big 2024 from Chambers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1242301' first='Bentley' last='Corbin'], O'Connor '25

Corbin was pat of a talented group of Backs at O'connor last year, and could be that workhorse type of player for them this fall. He sizes up with a stout 5'9" 185lb frame and I'm a big fan of this kid's toughness and demeanor. He possesses that "Me vs You" mentality and runs angry with the intent to run through your face and keep it rolling. Excellent physicality, pad level, and balance at the POC as his film makes it clear nobody wants to go head up with him 1v1.

[player_tooltip player_id='368980' first='Elias' last='Johnson'], Saguaro '25

Johnson is a kid I've talked about a ton this off season that has started to see a spark in his stock. He transitions into the RB1 role after playing LB during his limited Jr. season. Johnson possesses all the tools to be your 3-down, complete back with the ability to make an impact in all phases including short yardage situations, spring loose outside for big plays, and run routes out of the backfield and be effective in the pass game. Really looking forward to what this kid will do at Saguaro with the rock in his hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='1353825' first='Lucas' last='George'], RB, Queen Creek '25

I'm not sure why George isn't talked about more, as he broke for over 1,000 yards and 7 TD's as a junior on 160 attempts. He's part of a dangerous offense at Queen Creek and should see a jump in his carries as well here this fall. Excellent ball security as he protects the ball well and knows how to control his body while delivering and absorbing contact.

Tyeshon Howard, Tolleson '25

Howard is a dynamic kid with the ability to be a game changer in the backfield or split out in the slot. He shoes an excellent initial first step and is a decisive runner with excellent vision, finding a lane and hitting it with authority. He shows a nice burst through an opening and hits top speed quickly, frequently springing him loose into the second level with momentum. Howard is a very talented football player, possessing your ideal combination of vision, burst, physicality, and top end speed.

Duke Milacek, Boulder Creek '26

Milacek is a north-south type of back that sizes up with a compact, sturdy frame at 6'0" 215lbs. He runs with a low pad level and possesses solid balance after contact with excellent physicality to run through opponents and finish plays. Short yardage and goal line situations are almost an automatic with him, as he holds that ideal skillset to hit the hole with a burst and authority, put his shoulder down and finish. He flashes workhorse, 20+ carry ability and I think we see him take off here in 2024.
