Lucas was a no-brainer addition to the 2025 rankings. When you're 6'7", your perceived ceiling is much higher and D1s will jump on you quick. Last season, Lucas put up some solid tape. His most impressive trait is his ability to MOVE people on the line of scrimmage. If he's able to earn leverage and get his hands on you, it's practically over. Though, I will say that Lucas's footwork was incredibly inconsistent. I don't see a ton of fundamental prowess, but I do see someone who's worked extremely hard this offseason and has undoubtably improved as a result. Again, an obvious addition, and yet another prospect in Miami's STACKED recruiting class.

A big-time transfer, Jay comes to West Bloomfield as a P4 prospect committed to Colorado. On film, Jay looks the part. Starting off, you can see Jay's 6'8" 350lb size from a mile away. That alone puts him on the radar of several P4 programs. His actual skill is more hit-or-miss. In terms of power, Jay is a menace when he can engage with defenders. Put an undersized defender in front of Jay, and he'll put him into the dirt. On the other hand, Jay's footwork needs a bit of work. There are a few false steps out of his stance and he tends to struggle with agility and pad level. Although he has some stuff to work on, I trust West Bloomfield to develop Jay and I trust he'll eventually contribute at Colorado.

Avery is one of the strongest offensive line prospects that you'll come across. His highlight tape is chalk-filled with dominant run blocks. It's two straight minutes of Avery bench-pressing his opposition and putting them in the dirt. That said, the tape isn't very diverse. To counter that, I don't think Ferris State would send out an offer without Avery performing well at a camp. So, I don't have a ton to go off of, but looking at the tape, offers, and Twitter, it's apparent that Avery is an extremely hard worker that belongs in the GLIAC.

Dawson is currently a fringe D2 prospect, and he'll easily earn more GLIAC offers with a great 2024 season. Over the past few months, Dawson has done a good job of attending camps, consistently improving, and making relationships with college coaches. Watching Dawon's tape, it's apparent that he's one of the best interior O-Linemen in West Michigan. I especially like his agility, as he's easily able to pull, get to the second level, and execute difficult blocks. I will say that he sometimes shows a false step / other bad footwork early in his 2023 reps. All in all, I love a guard who can move and block like Dawson can. His 6'2" height may be an issue for some teams, but I'm not too worried about that.

Nolan places right behind his teammate Dawson in the rankings. This offseason, Nolan has received offers from Grand Valley, Ferris State, Saginaw Valley, and a few others.
Now, let's discuss the film. Nolan's biggest asset is undoubtedly his power. On blocks where he's able to use his leverage, Nolan puts defenders in the dirt. As for his pass sets, I see a lot of room for improvement. In short, Nolan's footwork needs a lot of work in terms of pass blocking. What makes me optimistic is his offers from GV and Ferris, and I know they wouldn't offer without taking coaching well plus great measurables. I look forward to seeing Nolan play next season, and he's a sure-fire GLIAC prospect.

Although I haven't taken notes on Amere, his tape, and conversations with others paint a great picture. First off, his tape shows some MASSIVE blocks. Although his tape is a tad short, it's chalk-filled with big hits, awesome effort, and impressive agility. The play at 0:43 is especially impressive. There, Amere shows off his speed as he takes on the defensive back. This offseason, I've heard nothing but great things about Amere's game. People say they love his effort, initial punch, and coachability. Even if his fundamentals are a bit underdeveloped, his passion will go a LONG way. Currently a low D2 prospect, I believe Amere could be in for a breakout season.
