He is an elite route runner with good twitch and route running abilities, while displaying his downfield seperation and strong hands when going up to make plays on the ball. He threw the ball extremely well downfield with elite ball placement and put good air and a tight spin under his deep/intermediate throws. He is a long strider that is explosive off the ball, covers a ton of ground and can separate himself from corners downfield with a rangy catch radius and can make adjustments to the ball quickly. He won the majority of his reps in the one on one session and was one of the more dominant pass catchers on the day. He looked smooth going through drills and showed lateral twitch and a consistent burst, and really took over the one on one session at the end of camp. Meeks showed that he can make defenders miss in the hole with short area quickness and body control, and is a a very impressive route runner out of the backfield or lining up in the slot.
