2026 Rankings Review Linebackers 6-10

<p class="text-gray-700">Thomas Dale's [player_tooltip player_id='1297617' first='Michael' last='Davis'] comes up and hits you in the mouth, he packs a good pop on every tackle. He is the type of player that is knocking out mouthpieces and creating snot bubbles with each hit. Playing in 8 games as a sophomore, he tallied 70 tackles and 1 interception, the sky is the limit for Davis.</p>   <p>He has a 3.9 GPA and you can see on his interception the knowledge he has of the game, very smart football player. The young man has continued his positive momentum with a ranking of 58th overall in the class of 2026. [player_tooltip player_id='1161603' first='Jeremiah' last='Davis Jr.'] time is coming just wait and see. A two year starter already he is 6'1 and 205 lbs. with room to grow. First team all region as a sophomore it's really hard to tell what position he may be at the next level, defensive end or linebacker, he plays both positions very well. Off the edge he is strong bull rusher, who you don't want to have him extend you if you are a linemen. At backer he is fast and fearless, plus he has good enough speed to play in one of the toughest conferences in the state. While the offers have yet to really extend his way, FCS level schools are noticing his talent, with a repeat performance of what he did as a 10th grader, the offers shall be plenty.</em></p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Rounding out our top ten linebackers is Varina's future FBS star [player_tooltip player_id='402755' first='Braylon' last='Hood']. To be honest I may have had him ranked higher, he is a playmaker defensively for the Blue Devils defense.
