Seb had 33 catches, 595 yards and 5 TDs for the Demons in 2023 during his Sophomore campaign. He was the leading 2026 graduate for class 3A after not playing football in his Freshman year, which is very impressive. His 6’1″ 180 lb. frame provides him the length and size at his age for potential to grow into a good-sized receiver at the next level. As the Demons leading receiver and a Senior receiver also departing, Seb looks to improve on his already impressive Sophomore season. We hope that we see some Hudl film on him in his upcoming Junior season to share with you all.
Jake had 549 yards on 39 catches, with 8 of those being TDs for an impressive stat line in his Sophomore campaign. He led the Colts in receiving yards by a good margin followed by a Junior and a departing Senior, opening up even more opportunities for him next year. Jake is 6’2″ and 175 lbs. providing a good body size to build on over the next 2 years as an intriguing prospect for colleges to watch. He also uses his long frame and athleticism to play on the defensive side of the field as a DB, piling up 46 tackles, 2 INTs and 2 pass break ups on the season. We hope to see Hudl film on Jake in the upcoming season so we can share his growth with the Prep RedZone community.
Jayden Lyons
Jayden Lyons
Jayden had 40 catches for 486 yards and 4 TDs on the season for the Scorpions, good enough for 2nd on the team in all categories. He has very good speed both in route and after the catch in the open field. Jayden has good hands to make catches around his frame, collects the ball quickly and gets up the field fast using his speed and field vision. He also has good concentration and body adjust, with variable speeds to catch passes that are thrown behind him. Jayden also shows solid toughness running routes across the middle of the field and fighting for extra yards. If he can grow on his smaller frame over the next couple of seasons, his speed and athleticism will make him an even better prospect for the next level. Check out his highlight reel from his Sophomore season in the video below.
Sonny had 34 receptions, 464 receiving yards and 4 TDs this past season for the Golden Eagles. He was 3rd on the team in each of these categories, behind two Junior receivers. Sonny has good speed in his release and showed the ability to read defenses, understanding inside and outside leverage, and finding open areas in the field to settle and give the QB a good target. He has very good quickness in and out of breaks and manipulates defenders with a nice mix of head fakes and plant steps to create separation, showing the ability to run a wide variety of routes. Sonny showed good concentration and body control, making an impressive catch along the sideline and keeping his feet in bounds. He displays solid toughness to make catches through contact and fighting through tackles to gain extra yards. Sonny makes nice cuts using very good agility to run after the catch and uses good field vision to find open running lanes. There’s no doubt that Sonny will improve next year, working with the same receiving corps and QB returning for his Junior year.

Keaden Lake
Keaden Lake
Keaden had 21 catches for 284 yards, including 4 TDs in his Sophomore season. He was second in yards, third in catches, and tied for the team lead in TDs for the Devils. Keaden showed solid burst in his release off the ball, and displayed the ability to run a wide variety of routes. He made good use of hands to fight through physicality and also used speed to separate from defenders at the top of routes. Keaden displayed solid hands to make catches around his frame to include good concentration to keep passes secure through ground contact. He has very good athleticism to make adjustments on inaccurate passes, and then uses quick feet and fluid hips to quickly turn and run downfield. Keaden has good speed and vision, and understands running angles to evade defenders to gain YAC. With the team’s leading receiver, and the next two receiving yardage leaders behind him departing after their Senior seasons, Keaden looks to find much more opportunity to build on in his Junior season next year.
