Continue ReadingNamed 2nd-Team All-League at DB last Fall, yet that was his first tweet, coming less than 7 months ago. Headed into his senior year, Chase Smith Chase Smith 6’1″ | 165 lbs | DB Plymouth Whitemarsh Highschool | 2025 PA ‘s skills are good enough to draw the right attention, he will need to be more active on Twitter to do so. I can argue the opposite, however. Attending events like the BUXMONT Showcase and getting a boost out of local media could do the trick, I’d argue that’s what happened this past weekend. Chase Smith Chase Smith 6’1″ | 165 lbs | DB Plymouth Whitemarsh Highschool | 2025 PA was likely the biggest winner at this event, especially talking to coaches present. Every coach raved of Smith’s movement skills, limb length, and soft hands. I left the event pleased with Smith’s pass-catching abilities only to find out he’s a much better DB. Will rank well among 2025s next update.
Another prospect full of potential who isn’t too active on Twitter, thankfully a good amount of coaches and media were present to catch the 6’2, 200-pound OLB/DE move through bags and win reps in a 1v1 setting. A “look at this kid” build, was thrilled to learn he’s still an underclassman, the potential surrounding Plymouth Whitemarsh’s Amir Butler Amir Butler 6’3″ | 200 lbs | DL Plymouth Whitemarsh | 2026 PA is through the roof, both from a physical and developmental perspective. No tape on Hudl which is a bit surprising. Butler will head into this Fall season with two opportunities to put tape on film, junior and senior tape are obviously what’s going to put Butler on collegiate boards. We are waiting for that to happen, yet I would place a few bets on Butler’s behalf. We will check back in on Butler in the Fall, I intend to catch a Ply White game in person at some point as well.
The theme continues, here’s another prospect full of promise who hasn’t been active on social media despite finishing two years of his HS career over at Cheltenham. 4.4 GPA, 6’3, 220 pounds, is a swimmer (Twitter Bio), Alistair Reese Alistair Reese 6’2″ | 215 lbs | LB Cheltenham | 2026 PA (#97) looked like a man among boys at this event. Reese stuck out like a sore thumb, I mean that in the best of ways. Broad shoulders, a frame carrying muscles in the right places, this backer prospect passes the eye test. Passing the eye test can draw the right attention, yet tape is what is going to get Reese recruited, right now, he doesn’t have much. Huge junior year that could have Reese flying up boards at the next level. Cheltenham has stationed a ton of Division 1 prospects, particularly inside the front-seven. Tough to carve out a real role with elite competition ahead of you, we’ll see if things change this coming Fall.
Tim Meehan Jr.
Tim Meehan Jr.
Tim Meehan is a name I’ll keep on radar moving forward. No tape yet, but a big pass-catcher developing over at Souderton for Ben Walsh Ben Walsh 5’7″ | 140 lbs | QB Souderton Area | 2026 State PA to potentially throw too. Meehan could also carve out a safety role too. I don’t have enough to dissect here, yet he’s a name I’ll stash on our database for future inquiries.
Dylan Webb-Dennis Dylan Webb-Dennis 6'0" | 275 lbs | OL North Penn | 2025 PA
Dylan Webb-Dennis Dylan Webb-Dennis 6'0" | 275 lbs | OL North Penn | 2025 PA
I’ve had this name circled for some time, I finally got the opportunity to put Webb-Dennis underneath my microscope. A prospect who should have made our ranks last Fall, this is an oversight on my end. 11 games worth of reps on tape, can likely work both sides of the ball, coaches will want to see him at OL and DL. 6’0, 275 but held his own at tackle for North Penn. 3.2 GPA. Moves well on tape, this is a must from a somewhat undersized tackle, you’re going to have to prove you can get out in front of runs/screens, DWD proves he’s capable. Will be kicked inside if he wants to play college ball locally. His reps, despite being stationed at tackle, clearly translate to guard/center. DWD drew my attention, he’ll be back at North Penn this Fall looking to put forth substantial tape to force the hand of those recruiting the area.
