Simply put, Amachree is a beast. This guy is a terrific route runner who does a great job of getting open. He has great hands and can quickly secure catches and get up field in a hurry. Haslett used Amachree at slot receiver so they could have him and his brother who was also a running back, both on the field at the same time. Amachree was great at coming down with contested catches and even has one play in his highlights were he came down with a catch in triple coverage. Amachree has been an impact player for Haslett and will continue to be for several years to come.
Best Acceleration: Jayden Terry Jayden Terry 5'8" | 175 lbs | RB Grandville | 2026 State MI | Grandville | Hudl | Twitter
Terry can really get up field in a hurry. He is the type of guy who can see a lane and pickup 10-yards before you know it. In his tape, you can really see his burst out of cuts as well. Terry shows good ability to break tackles as well. This guy runs like he is shot out of cannon and I love it. Terry has good hands out of the back field as well. Grandville liked to give him routes out of play action when the defense was really guessing. Terry has good play strength overall and has very powerful legs. Terry has very good long speed as well and you can see him break many 40-plus yard runs for touchdowns.
Best at Breaking Tackles: Izaiah Wright Izaiah Wright 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Gibraltar Carlson | 2026 State MI | Gibraltar Carlson | Hudl | Twitter
Izaiah Wright Izaiah Wright 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Gibraltar Carlson | 2026 State MI had a play in his highlights were he broke 4 tackles and displayed a powerful stiff arm. I love that wright runs angry and refuses to be tackled. Wright has good contact balance and does a great job of getting quickly back up to top speed after being tripped up. Wright has really good play strength and does and excellent job of falling forward to get extra yardage. I really like his game and he is well deserving of the best tackle breaker.
Most Elusive: Michael Dukes Michael Dukes 6'1" | 195 lbs | RB Detroit MLK | 2026 State MI | Detroit MLK | Hudl | Twitter
Dukes has really good burst out of cuts and can really make people miss in the open field. I like how quickly he can get back up to top speed after juking a defender. His speed really stands out as well and he can break long touchdown runs on any given play. Dukes has good vision and knows how to find open lanes when he is cutting back either towards the middle of the field or towards the outside. Dukes runs with urgency and you get a feel watching him play that he does not like getting tackled.
Best Vision: Izaiah Wright Izaiah Wright 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Gibraltar Carlson | 2026 State MI
Wright is very good at finding running lanes and hitting them without any wasted movements. I gave Wright the top claim for best at breaking tackles and I honestly had to give him the top spot for having the best vision as well.
