2026 Rankings Update: Norcal Watch List Quarterbacks

He threw for over 1,500+ yards and 11 TD's in only six games played, and should be one of the better signal callers in the WCAL this Fall. On tape, he shows he is a on schedule thrower with good arm talent and really steps into his throws while able to put good zip on the ball and throws a tight spiral into tight windows with ease. He also shows tremendous escapability when breaking tackles in the backfield and moves the pocket well while keeping his eyes downfield and is not afraid to lay it out there for his receivers to make plays. He is not afraid to stay in the pocket to deliver the ball downfield and take a hit, and plays the position with good toughness and a high IQ. He throws a good deep ball with tons of air underneath it while throwing his receivers open vertically and across the field. Knight also shows quick processing of zone coverages and is able to throw on the run when rolling outside the pocket and is a very on schedule thrower that really steps into his throws and uses his lower body/hips to push the ball quickly into tight windows. He is seemingly comfortable throwing outbreaking routes across his body, and can also deliver on the run and across the field with some good zip on the ball while able to fit it into tight windows. On his deep ball, he does a nice job at putting some air under it and fitting it in over the top, and does a good job at buying time with his feet and keeping his eyes downfield when being chased from behind.
