Lucero had 22 tackles with a fumble recovery as a sophomore for Damien last season.
The two schools join Campbell University in offering Lucero.
Orange Lutheran offensive lineman Cole Principe Cole Principe 6’3″ | 260 lbs | OL Orange Lutheran | 2025 State CA added offers from Northern Arizona and Penn over the past 10 days.
Principe competed at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp and had a solid showing among a loaded offensive line group.
He also holds offers from Cornell, Army, Georgetown and Air Force.
Mater Dei linebacker Abduall Sanders Abduall Sanders 6’2″ | 215 lbs | LB Mater Dei | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Alabama last week.
Sanders had 48 tackles with 3.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception last season for the State champions and was a top performer at the Under Armour Camp last weekend.
He chose Alabama over 17 other schools that offered him including Baylor and Tennessee. Sanders is the first player from California in Alabama’s 2025 recruiting class.
Mater Dei class of 2026 defensive lineman Tomuhini Topui Tomuhini Topui 6’4″ | 300 lbs | DL Mater Dei | 2026 State CA added three major offers last week.
Notre Dame, Michigan State and Miami have all offered the 6-foot-4 interior defensive lineman.
Topui is up to 24 offers.
Washington State offered Corona Centennial receiver Noah Westbrook Noah Westbrook 6’3″ | 205 lbs | WR Centennial | 2025 State CA last Thursday.
Westbrook caught 27 passes for 469 yards with a team-high 9 touchdowns for the Huskies last season.
He also holds offers from Oregon State and San Diego State.
