Following my breakdown of the best 2027 quarterbacks and wide receivers, here’s my list of some stockrising 2026 prospects that made their presence known.
In the first place spot on my list is Romaum D Parson, an athlete for Slaughter House Elite 7v7. What impressed me about Parson was his ability to contribute both offensively and defensively, utilizing his height and wingspan to haul in the deep pass as well as contest the opposing offense on the other side of the ball. Parson also stood out with his quick execution and ability to read the pass.
Highlights
Kaleb Hodge
Kaleb Hodge
I am additionally impressed with Kaleb Hodge, an athlete for TN STARS 7v7. What made Hodge so impactful was his size and shiftiness down the stretch and from along the edge, utilizing his strength to overpower defenders in coverage and get open for the deep pass. I also liked how Hodge could read the short pass and march into enemy territory due to his breakaway speed.
Keanthony Demoss
Keanthony Demoss
Claiming the number three spot on my list is Keanthony Demoss, a defensive back for Middle TN Bandits 7v7. Demoss caught my attention with his ability to pick up speed in the backfield to get in front of the deep pass for the interception. Demoss proved he could shut down the short pass with his ability to read the gunslinger, contest the pass in coverage and swat the ball to the ground.
Dasean Young
Dasean Young
Another skilled prospect to watch for is Dasean Young, a defensive back for Yog Select 7v7. Young caught my attention with his ability to utilize his strength and wingspan on the run to shut down the offense. I liked how Young could quickly wrap up receivers in the endzone to shut down the easy pass and elevate off the ground to haul in the pick.
Jeremiah Warren
Jeremiah Warren
Coming in at number five on my list is Jeremiah Warren, an athlete for TN STARS 7v7. Warren made his presence known on both sides, showcasing his size, speed and versatile edge. What stood out was Warren’s ability to juke out the defense to get open for the long pass as well as his ability to knock the ball to the ground on the defensive side. I also liked Warren’s ability to quickly shut down the short pass.
