Every time I dive into the Classes of 2025-2027 I seem to find a handful of new OL prospects that have the talent to play at the college level. Some even at a very high level. Several of these athletes also seem to be flying under the radar for more people than just myself. It is time to shine the spotlight on these prospects and give them the attention that the tape n their talent deserves. Give the tape a look for yourself. It will be linked with each breakdown. Let’s get started.
Colton looks like a special talent in the offensive trenches. His frame holds his 6’4″ 285 lbs very easily with room to continue to bulk up and add power. That will be scary to see at the next level because he is already mauling dudes at the HS level. Colton is very explosive out of his stance and can deliver an effective initial punch and transition that burst into power to quickly get his opponent off balance and drive them off the ball. The sophomore is also very athletic, easily getting to level two and getting in position to wall off his opponent. The big man is also so impressive out in space on screens. He has great range/speed for an OL prospect. Being light on his feet comes in handy in the short area too where he can get leverage or wall off opponents quickly or mirror pass rushers. Colton is a name to know in the Class of 2026.

I really like the building blocks of traits that Myles brings to the field. He has an excellent frame that is still fairly lean at 260 lbs. Plenty of space to continue to add the necessary bulk at the next level. On tape it is clear that the sophomore has strong hands. He is quick to clamp onto his opponent and we don’t see him separate until he has his man in the dirt. Myles does a good job with his hand placement as well. the big man is also a nimble athlete who can skip pull and get up to the second level. He also uses his light feet to get himself in position to wall off his opponent and is strong enough to provide a secure alley behind him. Check out the tape.

Owen is a massive 6’5″ 295 lbs OT for Carbondale. I can’t recommend his film enough. The dude is an absolute mauler and bully in the trenches. You don’t have to worry about his demeanor in the trenches. He is going to finish every block with violence. The huge prospect has the hands of a heavyweight boxer. We see pancake after pancake from just his initial punch. The heavy hands are devastating. Despite his size and physical, aggressive play, Owen also brings a solid base of athleticism to play in space or to play up to level two. The junior is exactly what you look for in a HS OL prospect. Huge frame, powerful hands and anchor, plus the athleticism to play beyond the line of scrimmage.

The 6’2″ 270 lbs OC is an IOL underclassman to have on your radars. He is quick out of his stance and plays with quick, powerful hands that rag doll IDL. Whether a punch or by clamping his hands onto his opponent, Kyle is quick to get his man on the ground and out of the play. He has the strong anchor needed to set a strong pocket and hold his ground against nose guards. Kyle also has the tape showing that he can play low and win with leverage off the ball. Especially in short yardage scenarios. Definitely check out the tape of this OL anchor.
