Expert Analysis

Batesky is a versatile 6’4″ 275 pound offensive lineman who started five games at left tackle along with three at center. Really fun tape to watch. He is a lineman with a mean streak! Combo blocks, blows guys off the line in the run, and wrestles opponents to the ground. Very technically sound player that has good footwork in pass pro. Wide base and anchors well at center, but looked comfortable out on the edge too. Mirrors and is light on his feet for his size.

I really like the building blocks of traits that Myles brings to the field. He has an excellent frame that is still fairly lean at 260 lbs. Plenty of space to continue to add the necessary bulk at the next level. On tape it is clear that the sophomore has strong hands. He is quick to clamp onto his opponent and we don’t see him separate until he has his man in the dirt. Myles does a good job with his hand placement as well. the big man is also a nimble athlete who can skip pull and get up to the second level. He also uses his light feet to get himself in position to wall off his opponent and is strong enough to provide a secure alley behind him. Check out the tape.
