Young ran a 4.68 40 time, which is a solid number. Young caught everything thrown his way. He especially showed good ability in one-on-one drills where he stepped up his game even more. The 2023 tape opens with Way returning an interception for a score of 95 yards. Is trusted to play at the LOS, and has some of the best catch-up speeds in his class. A consistent runner who can be called upon to bump and run with many of the speedsters Central Pennsylvania has to offer. Has produced several interceptions over the past two seasons, although many of his interceptions from this past Fall have come as a result of poor QB play. Is the type of DB that can turn into a wideout after the catch, and would likely excel in the return game. Can play wideout at this level too. In the 1st two clips from his film Hess blocks two punts and returns them for touchdowns. I don't know if I ever saw that before. He blocked both kicks off the edge then picked it up and raced to the end zone. Ness played linebacker and he flashed some elite traits. He has legit speed and runs sideline-to-sideline to make plays all over the field. He does a good job getting off blocks and coming upfield to make plays on the ball. Ness is a good tackler, especially in the open field. If he does both that will help him to be more successful run blocking.
