Oak Hall Back For More In ’24

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Following one of the best seasons in recent history, losing to eventual champion Oviedo Master's Academy in the Sunshine State Athletic Association playoffs, Gainesville Oak Hall head coach <strong>R.J. Fuhr </strong>and his team were anxious to get the off-season started.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>That loss, coupled with a regular season setback to Master's Academy were the only two losses in a year that saw this program win nine games and establish themselves as a program to keep an eye on.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>What the Eagles did in 2023 is put together a year that shined a spotlight on several quality prospects who will move on to the next level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In outscoring the opposition 408-170, there were several underclassmen that stepped up and made a huge impact. Those prospects would make up the nucleus for the 2024 season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Among those standouts in the rising senior (2025) class include versatile <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1132481' first='Dakota' last='Brower']</strong>, who plays quarterback, slot receiver, kicker, and cornerback, and happens to be one of the top recruits in Northeast Florida.
