Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season over, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.   These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.   There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects. Offers: Princeton, Bethune-Cookman   Scouting Report: Funnye is an explosive two-way athlete with strong vertical speed and big-play efficiency. Averaging 27.0 yards per catch, he consistently stretches the field and capitalizes on limited touches. He tracks the ball well downfield and shows natural body control in contested situations. His defensive experience translates to strong ball skills and competitive instincts at the catch point.   Analysis: Funnye projects as a high-upside perimeter playmaker with legitimate academic and athletic value. His size-speed combination and two-way versatility add to his recruiting appeal. Continued development in route detail and strength will elevate his consistency, but his explosiveness and production already stand out.   Major McBath – WR/FS, Bartow High Height/Weight: 6'1”, 180 lbs Season Stats: 13 receptions for 321 yards, 2 TDs (24.7 avg, 75 YAC, 5 GP)   Scouting Report: McBath is a long, fluid athlete with strong downfield ability. His 24.7 yards per catch reflects his vertical usage and ability to generate chunk plays. He shows good stride length and body control, with the frame to develop further physically. His defensive background enhances his awareness and competitiveness.   Analysis: McBath projects as a developmental outside receiver with clear athletic upside. As he refines his route running and expands his route tree, his production could increase significantly. His length and versatility make him an intriguing long-term prospect.   Ethan Chalmers – WR, Land O' Lakes High Height/Weight: 6'1”, 177 lbs Season Stats: 14 receptions for 285 yards, 3 TDs (20.3 avg, 84 YAC, 8 GP). 3.2 GPA   Scouting Report: Chalmers is a smooth, well-built receiver who shows reliable hands and the ability to generate yards after the catch. His 84 YAC highlights his ability to transition quickly from receiver to runner. He runs controlled routes and shows good spatial awareness against zone coverage.   Analysis: Chalmers projects as a balanced perimeter target with room to expand his offensive role.
