Williams- a standout performer at last April’s PRZ CA Showcase- has added offers from Georgia, Tennessee, USC, and UNLV over the past month after showing elite traits and athleticism as a freshman. He possesses a rare combination of speed, lengthy, fluidity, and ball skills on both sides of the ball (WR/DB). He’s a rangy, instinctive perimeter CB that shows coverage skills in both man and zone, utilizes his reach effectively, and plays physical in the flat. He’s a legitimate vertical threat on offense with the body control, ball tracking, and concentration downfield to complete difficult catches and dominate 1v1 matchups on the outside. Williams is a budding national prospect that figures to be among the top of the class once Prep Redzone CA’s first edition of 2027 rankings come out.
Xavier Collins
Xavier Collins
Collins produced a strong sophomore season with 62 total tackles and 8 TFLs from his OLB spot for Adelanto. He’s a violent front-seven defender that looks to punish ball-carriers around the edge of the box and plays physical over the slot in shallow coverage. He shows speed and bouncy lateral movement tracking out on the perimeter and packs a powerful punch at the POA. Collins picked up a second D-I offer in November from the same school his brother, Shakir, signed with in December- Houston Christian University.
Johnston’s a rising 2026 OL prospect that produced a strong sophomore season playing multiple spots for Santa Barbara. He has legit pass-protector ability as a LT with patient feet to stay in front, quick/effective hands, and the size/strength to anchor at 6’3”/265. He shows his physicality in the run game exploding off the ball with great pad level/leverage, fits into his blocks well, is mobile in space, and generates powerful leg drive through the POA. Johnston’s an underrated recruit that should see plenty of D-I interest once coaches see the physical and technical skillsets he offers.
Vaetoe’s a promising interior defender that showed great size (6’3”/265), physicality, and mobility as a freshman for Cardinal Newman. He’s a powerful athlete that can dominate the leverage battle over IOL, counter and come off blocks to make plays at the LOS, and push/pull blockers to the side with quick, violent hands. He’s nimble out in space with great range, lateral speed, and change-of-direction for a 265-lb freshman DT. Vaetoe offers major potential to develop into one of the top interior DL in NorCal as he continues to grow and develop.
Togafau-Paleafei showed brute strength and physicality as a 6’2”/305 sophomore for Palm Springs. He’s a stout, powerful IOL that can drive interior defenders off the ball and finishes blocks to the ground with a punisher’s mentality. He flashed technique and footwork as a pass blocker when kicked out at OT. With his raw size/physicality and focus on technique, Togafau-Paleafei offers upside worth tracking as the young 2027 prospect continues to develop.
