Some of these prospects you may have already heard of, but some are still creeping onto the radar. Here are 5 2025s who could be next to pick up D1 offers.
Guest has contributed on varsity for Creekview since his freshman season and offers an intriguing skillset and well above average athleticism at the QB spot. Guest possesses a lower to the ground 5’11 185 build, almost built like an RB. His running ability is the basis of intrigue around him as he is coming off a 1,000 yard rushing year. He plays the read option game very well and does a good job of driving his feet and following blocks as he climbs across the line of scrimmage. He possesses the vision as a runner that we don’t often see in QBs, frequently dancing around would-be tacklers to create his own yards and find new running lanes. He is still refining as a passer, but he has flashed the ability to make impressive throws across his body and off-balanced. He can also attack the middle of the field confidently, something that seems to be a dying art nowadays at the college level. He has a compact delivery and gets the ball out in a hurry. Some coaches might like what he has to offer at a different position thanks to his playmaking ability with the ball in his hand, but I still think he holds D1 upside as a QB.

Christopher Lenyszyn
Christopher Lenyszyn
Lenyszyn is a true nickel prospect who is active both as a tackler and around the football. He is built like how you’d imagine a 5’10 nickel, possessing a shorter, compact, muscular frame. He can play closer to the line and get in the mix as a tackler, showcasing the ability to shed blocks and chase the football in a hurry without over pursuing. Might not possesses the speed to play on an island with WRs, but he does a good job of remaining disciplined in coverage and being patient as the play develops. He flashes excellent ball skills, pinpointing the ball in the air and getting at least 1 hand up to come up with a deflection. When he has to break on in-breaking routes, he again does an excellent job of being physical at the catch point and aggressively playing through the football. Lenyszyn is all over the field on tape, plays with good ball skills, finds the ball well, and is a sure tackler. All of those things translate to the D1 level.
Roush is an underrated, productive DE prospect with clear FBS traits. He comes in at 6’4 230, exhibiting more than enough play strength with his current frame. He has the room to easily fill to 250+. Roush is more of a run stuffer, but he is explosive enough off the snap and plays with a high motor when getting after the QB. He uses his length and his strength to knock blockers onto their heels and sheer off contact. He does an outstanding job of setting the edge and keeping outside contain. He possesses good lateral mobility for a player at his size, settling down against playmakers on the outside and taking good angles to the ball. He is a form tackler, using his length to fully engulf the ball carrier before violently finishing plays through the dirt. He is active against the ball, using his length to bat down passes at the line and poking at the ball to force fumbles. Roush lands an FBS grade from me and still has his best football ahead of him.

JaKorey West
JaKorey West
West is an athletic CB prospect with skillsets that translate to the next level. Listed at 6’1 183, he checks the measurable boxes needed to play at the next level. He also flashes a well-rounded athletic profile, showing the ability to mirror WRs off the line, turn and run, get into his backpedal efficiently, and click downhill to engage ball carriers. West is a better tackler than you would think just based off looking at him. He fires to the football in a hurry and does a good job of connecting hard at contact instead of flying-by and attempting to trip up receivers. In man coverage, he may sometimes get turned around and play the receiver instead of the ball. However, he has the speed and fluidity to stick to the hip of receivers and use his length to crowd the catch point and make life difficult to WRs. There is still some refining in his game, but he has the measurables and athletic traits to play on the outside as a CB at the D1 level.
Christian Smith Christian Smith 6’3″ | 225 lbs | LB Harrison | 2025 GA has shown tremendous growth over the course of his junior season and this offseason, improving his stock seemingly every week. Athletically, there is plenty to like about his projection to the EDGE spot. Smith measures in at 6’3 with long arms and is starting to add some weight to his lean, athletic frame. On his junior tape, he almost looks like a safety firing off the edge, proving too much athletically for blockers and quickly closing space once he is running free. When he has to settle down in space, he is light enough on his feet to mirror ball carriers and make a clean tackle. Even for his thinner frame, he showed the willingness to fight through blocks in the run game and chip off blocks in his pass rush. Now, he is finally showing the potential to convert his speed to power. Smith is starting to reach his potential and should gift a school at the next level with a long, speedy pass rusher.
