The underclassmen are heating up and are putting themselves in a position to start gaining national attention heading into the 2024 season. While there are a host of quarterbacks that are already on major program's radars, others are still looking to emerge from the watchlist and make their mark on the state, all the while climbing up the rankings. Here are some of the 2027 QBs I expect to climb into the rankings during the 2024 season.

Throwing for 1500 yards and 21 touchdowns, the Winslow QB may be the most experienced freshman in the state. An absolute rocket launcher for an arm, Jalen is able to get his whole body into the throw and deliver it with power and precision. If you are looking for a QB that can make some magic when the play breaks down, Jalen in your man. He can make a play out of nothing as he dodges rushers in the backfield. A quarterback that can make the tricky arm angles look easy, Jalen can then proceed to hit his man in stride regardless of the positioning of his feet.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65411b575a0be"} /-->

So far, I a very impressed with what I am seeing from an arm strength and footwork perspective. Zachary is a fluid mover within the pocket as he also does an exceptional job maintaining his eyes downfield. On the move, Zachary gets his shoulders squared up and delivers ontime balls while on the run. Putting in a ton of work this offseason, Zachary is ready to shine once the season arrives.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65411b575a1de"} /-->

Leading Seneca to a deep playoff push, the 10 win QB lit up the field with 1841 yards and 17 touchdowns last fall. A prospect I view as one of the top talents at his position, Anthony's skillset may help get his team a state title over these next three seasons.rnrnBreaking down his tape, it was truly impressive to see how composed a freshman could be with pass rushers closing in on him quickly. Never fleeing or making unnecessary errors, Anthony would stand confident in the pocket and toss a dart down the field to split the coverage. Keep a close eye on Anthony and Seneca in 2024.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65411b575a24e"} /-->

Finding his receivers 10 times in the end zone, Andrew was elite in his ability to deliver throws over his receiver's shoulder and out of range of the defender. As he stands tall in the pocket, Andrew's poise is on full display. He is able to hit his receiver's with precision as he evades the rush.
