has established himself as one of the most consistent quarterbacks in New Jersey. Most notably, Parker delivered a career-best junior campaign, leading Winslow Township to its second straight Group 4 state championship.
Statistically, résumés are hard to match. Parker threw for over 3,200 yards and 43 touchdowns, while also breaking the New Jersey career passing touchdowns record with 107. Moreover, he piloted an offense that eclipsed the 100-point mark, further underscoring his command of the position.
However, despite the historic production and team success, Parker is still searching for his first Division I offer. That said, his accuracy under pressure, quick decision-making, and ability to get the ball out on time continue to stand out on film. As a result, he remains firmly positioned to change that narrative during his senior season.
Ultimately, when evaluating the overall body of work, it isn’t easy to find many quarterbacks in state history who can match Parker’s consistency, production, and winning pedigree. Heading into 2026, he’s poised for yet another massive season — and potentially, the recruiting breakthrough that follows.

has been a nightmare for defenses all postseason. He’s stacked touchdown after touchdown, and now he’s tied for the league’s all-time record with former Timber Creek star Devin Leary. One more score in the championship game will put him alone at the top.
This run speaks to Parker’s consistency and his command of the offense. He’s thrown with accuracy, confidence, and poise under pressure, elevating Winslow every time they’ve needed him. When most quarterbacks tighten up in big moments, Parker has only gotten sharper.
With the title game ahead, Parker is in position to break the record and cement his place in New Jersey history. And based on his playoff performance so far, there’s every reason to believe he’ll finish the job.

Winslow’s opening stretch might be the toughest in New Jersey. No team has embraced the challenge more, lining up IMG Academy at Battle at the Beach and Bergen Catholic just a few weeks later. Those matchups will put quarterback

directly under the spotlight.
Parker has been overlooked on the recruiting trail, but his tape tells a different story. He delivers the ball with accuracy, operates on time, and shows outstanding poise under pressure. His ability to stand tall in the pocket and fire strikes when defenders collapse around him might be his biggest strength.
Starting against IMG, Jalen has the perfect stage to prove he’s a true Division I prospect. If he plays with the same confidence and toughness he’s shown, scouts will have no choice but to take notice. This season opener is his chance to flip the narrative.

returns to Winslow after a record-setting season where he unofficially led New Jersey with over 2,900 passing yards and set a new school benchmark with 43 touchdown passes.
Despite his youth, Parker displays elite poise, decision-making, and the ability to handle pressure. Even with the loss of top target Cam Miller to Kentucky, the cupboard is far from bare. Rising talent

give Parker two explosive options to target in Winslow’s high-powered offense.
With his strong arm, ability to extend plays, and growing confidence, Parker is positioned to not only chase another state title but also defend his spot as the state’s passing yards leader for the 2025-2026 season.

has proven he can win. Now, the question is, can he separate himself from the rest?
Coming off back-to-back state titles, Parker has been a steady force for Winslow. He plays with poise, avoids mistakes, and thrives under pressure. When the game is on the line, he delivers. Yet, despite his success, he still holds no offers.
That could change quickly. Winslow opens the season against Bergen Catholic, one of New Jersey’s top programs. It’s the biggest challenge of his high school career and the perfect stage to prove he belongs with the state’s elite quarterbacks.
What makes Parker unique is how he handles pressure. He stands in against the blitz and makes tough throws, consistently putting his playmakers—like Nakir Hilton, T.J. Maddox, and

from Winslow is putting on a show. Arguably the most consistent quarterback in New Jersey, Parker has taken his game to new heights over the past month. In October alone, he’s completed 62 of 91 passes for 1,067 yards, piling up 15 touchdowns against only two interceptions. Parker’s calm under pressure and knack for pushing the ball downfield without risky decisions sets him apart. His ability to extend plays, shift seamlessly from playmaker to game manager, and maximize Winslow’s arsenal of offensive talent has defined his season. Heading into the playoffs, Parker looks ready to elevate his game even further.

- Best football may be ahead of him. Still a sophomore and a two-year starter.
Case Against:
- Plays on a loaded team with at least 3 FBS skill players with offers
- Plays on a team with an extremely high Strength Index of 104.38
- For as dominant as they are, statistically you would like to see more personal production
