Gerry put on one of the most spectacular performances of any receiver I watched during a 7 on 7 last year. Since the, I have followed him closely and it looks like he is just continuing to grow into an absolute force on the outside. He does a fantastic job of releasing quickly and not beating the drum on the top of the route, but rather just snapping straight into his cut. When the ball arrives, he is one of the best I have seen at going to high point it and bringing it in quickly. College coaches in attendance were whispering his name all day long, and I think his recruitment is about to take off.
Connor is a prospect I am extremely high on due to his route running and agility. He has made strides in coming down with contested balls and making tough catches. He is physical off the ball and it’s really hard to knock him off his route. He can run anything in the passing tree and knows how to sell other routes along the way. I have seen him start to collect some offers, and I think that is only going to ramp up in the near future.

Malek is a guy I am also extremely high on. As a site we have him ranked as one of the best prospects in the state, yet the offers just aren’t there. All I know is the tape does not lie, this dude is for real. He has over 1.100 all purpose yards last season and also had 23 tackles with 2 interceptions defensively. He does a great job of selling his fakes, and seems vert natural when tracking the ball. His run after the catch is an extra weapon that I really think is overlooked also, as he is very dangerous in open space. Malek deserves offers, and I think he could be had at just about any level and be just fine!
This guy is a menace in the open field. He’s an absolute burner who can change direction on a dime and can blow by defenders. When I watched him this season, he really stressed the defense as he was a threat to go deep and make the big splash play constantly. He’s an elite pass catcher with a natural sense in zone coverage to find the open space and sit rather than continue running back into the DBs. He is really starting to take off around the MAC and I think his ceiling could be even higher with the right fit.

Logan has really turned himself into a very well rounded prospect. While not the most elite blazer, he is extremely efficient and intentional with his movement, and can get physical to make plays happen. I have really liked what I saw in terms of not tipping off his route too early, and not wasting a bunch of stutter steps. He has clearly put in a ton of work as he shows vast improvement on the fundamentals from last year to now. Keep an eye on Logan Zahn Logan Zahn 6’1″ | 190 lbs | WR Swan Valley | 2025 State MI as he may very well shock a lot of people outside of the Saginaw Area.

Mason is a guy that really sold me during 7 on 7 season last summer, but I wanted to really see the production be there during the season, and he absolutely lived up to that. In return, he has garnered a lot of recruiting attention, specifically gaining some D1 attention. He runs really good routes, has improved his athleticism a ton, and has sticky hands. Mason is going to be a really good prospect and I think anyone around the MAC level would be pumped to get him in their program.
Seth is one of the most productive players we have in this state. This kid has already shattered every school record in Petoskey school history, and is on pace to snag more accolades. He is productive out of the slot or on the outside. He is quick enough to burn by LBs and some DBs, and physical enough to go up and make a play on somebody if need be. He has quickly become one of my favorite WR prospects in the state, and will make someone better at the next level.

Damion is one of the most sure fire D1 guys on this list. He’s a must watch burner who blows by DBs play after play, and does a great job of finding soft spots in zone coverage. On film you can see how much more athletic he is than his opponents, but in person that gap is really amplified. From hands, to athleticism, to open field vison and awareness, this kid is going to be a huge problem for the next couple of years of high school, and likely a few years of college at least!
