This list is in no particular order and features prospects with varying levels of recruitment. Look for Part II to drop Friday on some of the Buckeye state’s top pass catchers.

Jovon McBride Jovon McBride 6'1" | 170 lbs | WR Hamilton Township | 2026 State OH , Hamilton
Strong through contact, quite sudden after the catch, and shows sticky hands on contested passes & under throws. He can take the top off a two-high shell and is a natural at tracking shot plays.
Chris Henry Jr Chris Henry Jr 6'4" | 180 lbs | WR Mater Dei | 2026 State CA ., Withrow
The most complete receiver on both of our lists. This Ohio State commit is long, well-trained, and can flat-out fly. He can separate downfield and will shoot his hands late on the go ball. He shows nifty footwork against press and has the strength to swipe a defender’s off-hand jam. He will be among the elite receiver prospects in the 2026 class.
Tanner Pepper Tanner Pepper 6'1" | 170 lbs | WR Warren | 2026 OH , Warren
Tanner has deceiving build-up speed, exceptional leaping ability, and can contort his body into awkward positions to make tough catches. He takes pride in blocking and has some physicality after the catch that will come out from time to time.
Kyle Miller, Roger Bacon
A fearless wideout who has no hesitations going over the middle and is willing to take a shot to move the sticks. He’s got good size, excellent concentration, and can slip tackles in space.
Seth Elchert Seth Elchert 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Liberty Benton | 2026 State OH Liberty Benton
Seth put up some impressive numbers in 2023, finishing with 74 catches for 1,052 yards and 12 touchdowns. He’s got 4.5 speed, is a highly skilled route technician, and makes easy work of 1 on 1 coverage.
MC Walker, Westerville North
A homerun threat with outstanding contact balance after the catch and strong hands to go up & pluck the football out of the air. This young man has a knack for slipping behind coverage and is quite explosive at the top of his routes. To me, he will do his best work out of the slot at the next level.
Allen Hill, Austintown Fitch
Hill towers over the competition at 6’5″ and is an absolute nightmare to guard on the goalline. He uses his frame to shield the ball away from defenders and can easily roll the neck and snag the deep ball over the shoulder.
