This past weekend I made my way across the Mississippi to take in the PRZ MN Showcase. Glad I did because it brought out several absolute studs that will be playing high end college football, along with athletes who will be difference makers at the D2 and D3 levels. The athletes did their thing and put up impressive numbers and gave us exciting battles to watch in one on one. Today, we focus on Session 1 of 2 and cover who stood out from the crowd.

The junior has a strong frame that is now up to 240 lbs. The DL generates impressive burst out of his stance allowing him to quickly cover ground out of his stance and win with speed around the edge. The junior also has developed impressive body control and bend that he demonstrated in the agility testing as well as the 1 vs 1 battles. He was able to change pad level and dip underneath the big OTs. Graysen also showed that he could change his rush path mid-rush. The numbers are just as impressive at the drills and 1 vs 1s. Schneider ran 4.78 40, had an 8'11u0022 broad jump, and 4.56 shuttle time. It was a dominant showing for one of MN's best.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f30de"} /-->

The MN athlete does a great job getting out in front of coaches to show his budding talents, and learn from them. The 5'9u0022 180 lbs sophomore continues to fill out a solid frame that is becoming more an more explosive in short areas. I made sure to find Reiland during 1 vs 1 battles, and the young playmaker proved to be a mismatch for LBs. He showed off the balance to make quick cuts, the footwork to get through the breaks efficiently, and the burst to accelerate out of the breaks. Reiland also showed off the soft hands needed to be a reliable third down option. The '26 also ran a 4.88 40 time. This is an athlete to watch over the next couple years.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f3140"} /-->

The junior caught my attention in the drill work portion of the day and the 1 vs 1s. In drills, Elijah showed the flexibility to play low to the ground while staying square over his feet and strong. In those positions, Johnson also showed that he could still play fast and be agile. In 1 on 1s Elijah was a true mismatch. He ran away from LBs easily on intermediate/deep routes. Plus his explosive agility allowed him to open up space on short passes. After the Showcase Elijah still caught my attention. Looking through results, Elijah put up a 4.56 40, 4.53 shuttle time, and 8'10u0022 broad jump. Make sure to check out the film of the 5'8u0022 195 lbs back.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f3192"} /-->

The sophomore has developed a cut up 6'3u0022 238 lbs frame. A frame that is loaded up with first step explosiveness. We saw Howie line up at every position along the DL in 1 on 1s, and he won at every spot. Howie has an excellent blend of speed and power while pass rushing. He is able to clear the hands of OL, has an effective and well rounded pass rush repertoire, and is able to quickly separate from OL on initial contact. The size, power, and quickness are there and only getting better. It was a great day for the sophomore.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f31dd"} /-->

The OT checked in just a hair under 6'5u0022 and 279 lbs. The junior first caught my eyes when he jumped an impressive 8'10u0022 and 8'11u0022 in the broad jump. From there, Ryan put on a show. In the agility drills it was impressive watching Ryan show the ankle and knee flexibility to be able to drop his center of gravity and easily change directions. That impressive body control carried over to 1 vs 1s. Ryan used his long arms to make first contact and showed the hand placement and anchor strength to stuff DEs trying to use power. Babatz also showed the agility and reactive athleticism to mirror DEs trying to use speed or counter moves. Ryan put together a great display of his talents at the Showcase. This is definitely a top name to know in the Class of 2025.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f3229"} /-->

The DE is starting to develop and tap into his potential, and the results have me excited. Tiry has a long frame with plenty of room to continue to add size and strength to it. Storm has the lower body explosive ability to put pressure on OTs to get deep into their pass sets, and he is able to bend and drop his pad level. The nearly 6'4u0022 229 lbs junior is a kid to get into your camps this summer. Jerrod is an undersized back at 5'5u0022 145 lbs, so he needs to be a threat out in space. He proved he could be at the Showcase. His route running and burst out of his breaks was simply unfair for LBs. Jerrod is able to play so fast and agile, opening up huge voids of separation and easily plucking the ball out of the air. That agility showed up in the testing results. He posted back to back 4.5 shuttle times, a 4.78 40, and 7.12 L-Drill. The threat out in space deserves a look.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f332d"} /-->

Jayden first caught my attention with his agility and balance as he showed he could easily change direction quickly and efficiently. In 1 vs 1s, Jayden impressed at the center position. He demonstrated a quick set, quick feet to slide laterally as he mirrored DTs, and the anchor strength to not give up ground as he held the point of the pocket or ran his man off to the side. The junior played with good hand use as well, consistently getting inside placement and then using leverage to win his reps. Make sure to check him out.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f337f"} /-->

The junior checked in at 6'10u0022 and a very clean 275 lbs. Despite the 275 lbs, it is clear there is plenty of room for the junior to continue to add size. I was impressed by how well Cooper moved at that size. He was able to get good depth on his pass set vs speed. The junior used his length to his advantage, making first contact and controlling defenders throughout his reps. Cooper has traits you can't coach, and a solid athletic profile to go along with it. He is a high ceiling prospect to know in the Class of 2025.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6580fd78f33c7"} /-->
