Christmas made plays in the secondary in limited action (3 games) for Centennial this season. He’s an active coverage-defender in the back half that can cover space with his range and sticks to WR threats in his zone. He’s a smooth, athletic mover that shows good spatial awareness and takes efficient angles in pursuit. Christmas should be on the radar for Nevada’s 2026 skill-guys heading into next season.
Mason was a standout producer for Faith Lutheran’s defense, totaling 104 tackles, 6 TFLs, and an INT this season. He’s a fearless, aggressive tackler that shows no hesitation closing space downhill and finishes physically through ball-carriers. He shows flashes of range and natural length (6’2”/170) in deep, middle-field coverage but is at his best when attacking the short-intermediate area downhill. Mason offers upside at this stage in his physical nature and pure effort/commitment as a tackler, especially as he continues to fill out and develop.
Bonnett flashed promising WR skillset and playmaking, recording 18 catches for 300 yards and 2 TDs as a sophomore. He excelled at finding space over the middle of the field and making difficult catches in traffic in the intermediate area showing soft, natural hands at the catch point and the length to extend his radius to haul in passes outside his frame. Bonnett should see continued opportunities to put himself on the radar next season as one of the top returning playmakers for Foothill.
Drayton showed skill and natural athleticism on both sides of the ball (WR/DB) in his first varsity season for NV’s 5A D-III champs. He does most of his work in the short-intermediate areas as a perimeter WR and patrols the middle of the field as a single-high safety showing timing and anticipation. An area of improvement to look for from Drayton next season is improved body coordination and more speed/explosiveness as an athlete.
