The Prep Redzone Prospect Database is the deepest collection of high school talent looking to play college football in the world. We have athletes from the Classes of ’24-’29, and the database can be broken down with tons of filter options. There is something for literally every college program in America. That is why we are going to dive into it, and shine the spotlight on members of the 2026 Class from IL that have entered themselves into the database. Athletes, if you want to enter yourself into the database, or claim your existing profile, you can do that HERE. Let’s get started!
The Land of Lincoln is loaded with talent at every position. I have a feeling one of the top names to know in the Class of 2026 is going to be QB Dane Eisenmenger Dane Eisenmenger 6’4″ | 185 lbs | QB Tolono Unity | 2026 IL . Dane already has elite size for the QB position. The sophomore is a decisive passer who takes care of the football. The mechanics are beginning to come together as well. You see the quick footwork, and Dane does a good job of keeping everything aligned and moving together to be able to create velocity and maintain accuracy to all levels of the field. I’m excited to see the arm continue to strengthen and his overall game sharpen. Take a look a the film below, and save the name.
Highlights
We have the big man out of St. Francis as a DL currently, but this fall the sophomore put together impressive tape at offensive guard. Jaylen has nimble, quick feet that are able to move his big, powerful frame in any direction smoothly. Torres has a strong anchor that prevents him from giving ground and collapsing the pocket. In the run game, Jaylen is able to pull and trap DTs and completely remove them from the gap. Outside of pulling, Jaylen is able to also create positive movement in the trenches with a low center of gravity, strong leg drive, and a powerful upper body. The sophomore is a budding prospect that has a bright future.
Jackson is an intriguing sophomore safety prospect that looks to be on the path towards a big breakout. The talent base is there to do it. Jackson aligns in the slot a lot this past season. There he could rely on his quick processing, burst, and tackling or ball skills to make big plays. Jackson is a naturally aggressive defender with the size to be able to match up with all size receivers. Mansker seems to have the change of direction and acceleration to also matchup with the speedy slot weapons too. Mansker shows a well rounded game also. He can play closer to the box and fill gaps against the run game. Mansker runs his feet through contact, ending forward progression at the point of contact. Take a look at the talented ’26.
Highlights
Daniel is already a playmaker who can change the game with a single touch. Whether as a kick returner or WR. Daniel has game breaking speed that erases pursuit angles when he hits the open field. His acceleration from a complete stop catches DBs off guard as they try to close on him. Daniel also has the wiggle/agility to make DBs miss with lateral movement. Robinson has soft hands, and after the catch is a problem to contain. He is an exciting prospect that I will be following closely.
