<p>Week eight has come and gone and there were plenty of standout performers in the second week of the WV high school football season. Here are 8 athletes that stood out during week eight of the season.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='907703' first='Chase' last='Littleton'] - Madonna '24 ATH</strong></p>

<p>Senior Madonna QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='907703' first='Chase' last='Littleton'] may have had the best individual performance of the season this year in the Blue Dons' huge 62-6 win over Richwood. Littleton accounted for <em>NINE</em> total touchdowns in the game in three different ways. He did most of his damage with his arm completing 10 of 13 passes for 231 yards and five touchdowns. Littleton added three more touchdowns with his legs carrying the ball 12 times for 137 yards. The cherry on top of his great performance was a pick-six on defense for his ninth score of the game.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1046932' first='Brandan' last='Isaac'] - Summers County '24 QB/ATH</strong></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1046932' first='Brandan' last='Isaac'] continues to compile great performances each week for the Summers County Bobcats as they cruised to a 67-0 victory over Meadow Bridge. The senior quarterback scored six touchdowns in the game doing damage in both the passing and running game. Isaac was an efficient 11 of 15 passing for 230 yards and four touchdowns. He also added two carries for 30 yards and scored on both of his touches. Isaac has thrown for over 1,600 yards and 18 touchdowns this season while adding seven more with his legs. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='370426' first='Sean' last='Winfrey'] - Tyler Consolidated '24 RB</strong></p>

<p>After some load management in recent weeks, senior Tyler Consolidated running back [player_tooltip player_id='370426' first='Sean' last='Winfrey'] is back to his usual big performances in a 55-12 win over Ravenswood. Winfrey eclipsed the 200-yard rushing mark yet again this season and ran for 231 yards. He would also score four touchdowns in the contest and having a tremendous senior season for the Silver Knights.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='907169' first='Connor' last='Lambert'] - Wahama '25 RB</strong></p>

<p>Junior Wahama running back [player_tooltip player_id='907169' first='Connor' last='Lambert'] has been on fire the past few weeks for the White Falcons and had a monster game versus South Harrison. Lambert accounted for over 270 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns in the game as Wahama defeated South Harrison 70-20 in an offensive explosion. Lambert would rush for 110 yards on just four carries and scored on three of the four carries. He also added two return touchdowns with one coming on an 86-yard kickoff return and the other being a 76-yard punt return to complete a fantastic individual performance.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1234070' first='James' last='Vincell'] - Pendleton County '25 QB</strong></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1234070' first='James' last='Vincell'] went the first six weeks without making our weekly standouts and has now made it in back-to-back weeks. The junior quarterback led his Pendleton County Wildcats to a 54-22 victory over Pocahontas County and scored five touchdowns. Vincell threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns through the air and added his fifth score with his legs. He has really come on as of late for the Wildcats and has his team winning some games.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='894273' first='Cole' last='Vandall'] - Greenbrier West '24 QB/ATH</strong></p>

<p>Greenbrier West senior quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='894273' first='Cole' last='Vandall'] had a record-setting performance in a variety of ways for the Cavaliers as they blanked Petersburg 41-0. Vandall set three different school records with his performance throwing the ball. Although Greenbrier West has traditionally been a run-heavy program, Vandall has given them quite the spark with his arm this season. He now has 17 passing touchdowns so far this season through seven games which surpassed former GW quarterback B.J. Adams' 15 touchdown mark in 1997. Vandall also had the first 300-yard passing performance in school history breaking Adams' record of 268 yards. His third record of the night was breaking his own coach, Kelly Vaughan's, completion record of 13 as Vandall completed 15 passes in the game.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='907172' first='Klypsan' last='Wallace'] - Cameron '25 RB</strong></p>

<p>Cameron's [player_tooltip player_id='907172' first='Klypsan' last='Wallace'] continues to terrorize Class A defenses with his bruising running attack as the Dragons ran away with the win over Clay-Battelle by a score of 59-6. Wallace averaged an incredible 22.5 yards per carry and rushed for 180 yards on just 8 touches. He would also score four touchdowns scoring on every other time he carried the ball. This performance pushed him over the 1,000-yard rushing mark for the season and scored 17 rushing touchdowns in just seven games and has only carried the ball 16 times the past two games. </p>

<p>Hundred was down one half of their dynamic sophomore duo in running back [player_tooltip player_id='888605' first='Karter' last='Parson'] but fellow teammate and classmate quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='894625' first='Toby' last='Michael'] took on his share of the load as the Hornets fell to Hancock (MD) 28-22. Michael toted the ball a whopping 30 times for 181 yards and three touchdowns for the Hornets but unfortunately, they fell just short to the Panthers. Michael did his part on defense as well with 15 total tackles and an interception as the sophomore left it all out on the field for his team.</p>
