First off, we have Gordon an essential component to Heights lineup. Coming in with over 50 total tackles, blocked PAT’s and so much more Gordon has been able to dominate the game. Highlights show the durability of work that Gordon shows but the COD, and control enable him to excel. In addition, the versatility shown on the offensive side of the ball has been nothing to sleep on. His ability to utilize gapping and proceed through where he can as well as his impeccable eye coordination and focus sets him up to succeed. While there is more game to be played, mid season has shown not only consistency. I am looking forward to seeing more game play and speed come out of Gordon’s work, and get more eyes on him.

Albert Green Jr.
Albert Green Jr.
Green, a monster on the defense has proven himself time and time again this mid season. Just in last weeks exhibition holding, double digit tackles, 2 TFLs, 4 assists, a sack and so much grit. The level Green executes is something tough to beat at this LB position. Stopping the run game any chance he gets, there are very few draws that Green doesn’t read. The speed and physicality is that of a seasoned player in this position, and is exciting to see mid season. I look forward to watching Green go to the next level and higher in this position.
Atkins, a 2025 showstopper is one to watch for. With another season before graduation, there is so much growth shown in Atkins and excelling happening in this mid season review. From game winning execution, to unbreakable catches, and tight coverage, Atkins really does embody that of an all around athlete. The speed and size is well rounded and the conventionality of which Atkins plays, makes each play exciting. I look forward to seeing more evolution as Heights rosters shifts after this season and to see what role Atkins really claims.
Keont’e Turner
Keont’e Turner
Turner is an extremely diverse player. While in this mid season has done well in the RB/DB and Special Teams arena, playing with such toughness in all has made Turner special. Having close to what seems like over 200 yards at the mid season point and being an example and “his thing” being breaking tackles. While Turner has great strength, his ability to slip through defenders when on offense is textbook. Running hard as most say just like that of notable Cleveland pros, Turner has to continue to build on this after laying such a strong foundation. On defense/ special teams, Turner’s low level body placement ensures his opponent is fully locked in once he gets his tackle. The lack of hesitation in his performance is a level I look forward to him carrying further in his career.
Abdou Dieye
Abdou Dieye
Dieye, the man creating these positive plays on the offensive line is a standout. Playing at guard, offensive tackle, and center, the range of playing and the effectiveness has been great to Dieye’s playing style. Creating these needed spaces has lead the Heights running game and allowed it to be so strong. In watching the highlights, the leg grounding and drive he shows compliments his size quite well. With all factors accounted for, Dieye is a strong lineman, that a run-dominant next level team should be looking out for.
