J.J. Miller
J.J. Miller
J.J. had a phenomenal game on Friday night as he passed for 384 yds and 8 TD to lead Williamsburg to a 57-27 victory over Hillsboro. He does a good job of seeing the entire field before finding the open man. He possesses a quick release and delivers the ball accurately to all 3 levels of the field with solid velocity on the ball. He moves around well in the pocket as he escapes the rush. He displays good play speed and athleticism as he picks up a first down on his own. He possesses good mental toughness as he rises to the occasion in the redzone.
Hunter Gulaskey
Hunter Gulaskey
Hunter played very well Friday night as he returned an interception for a TD and helped Milford defeat Anderson 56-35 to improve to 4-0 on the season. He plays as a DE. Against the pass, he is quick off the ball and uses his very good leverage and play strength to disengage from the OL. He shows good closing speed in pursuit before finishing up with a sack. Against the run, he quickly keys and diagnoses the play. He exhibits good quickness as he penetrates the LOS before effectively pursuing the RB. He delivers a nice form tackle behind the LOS for a TFL.
Alex Klein
Alex Klein
Alex played great on Friday night as he rushed for 112 yds on 15 carries (7.4ypc) and scored 3 TD as he helped Lebanon defeat Little Miami 45-10 to improve to 2-2 on the season. He shows good vision as he quickly finds the open hole. He accelerates to top speed quickly showing good contact balance in the open field as he breaks tackles from LB with ease. He exhibits very good play speed as he outruns all defenders and scores on a long TD run. He shows solid mental toughness as he shows good reliability in the redzone.
Maddox had an excellent game on Saturday against the #1 team in OH and the #10 team in the country in St. Edward. Despite the 34-33 loss, Maddox along with several other members of the Elder football team played with tremendous heart and played well. He had 8 tkl,1 sack and an INT. He plays as a MLB. Against the run, he shows great football intelligence as he reads run/pass. He plays with elite range as he plays sideline to sideline and displays excellent instincts taking the correct angle in pursuit before exhibiting very good explosiveness as he makes the tackle. Against the pass, he displays elite awareness in coverage as he defends his zone with his very good athleticism while reading the QB before showing good hands as he makes the interception.

Luke had a big game this week as he caught 3 passes for 87 yds (29 ypc) and 2 TD as he helped Harrison defeat Western Hills 42-0 to improve to 3-1 on the year. He plays on the outside. He is quick off the ball and uses his very good play speed to get behind the CB and gain separation on go routes. He tracks the ball very well in the air and displays good hands as he makes the catch with his hands extended from his body as he makes the catch. After the catch is made, he uses his good athleticism to outrun the CB as he scores on a long touchdown reception. as an
