Luke Moga Luke Moga 6'2" | 190 lbs | QB Sunnyslope | 2024 State AZ , Sunnyslope ’24
The Oregon commit will return to Sunnyslope for his senior season in hopes to lead them to a 5A state title here in 2023. Moga held around 25 offers and was one of the most followed prospects in the state for a while. Last season, Moga threw for 2,258 yards and 26 TD’s with 539 yards and 5 TD’s on the ground. Excellent pocket presence with good vision downfield, and delivers with authority and accuracy. He did a great job hitting those tight window throws to finesse balls in between opponents. Moga is prone for a huge senior campaign with a super high ceiling moving forward.
Hezekiah Millender Hezekiah Millender 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Desert Edge | 2025 GA , Desert Edge ’25
Millender is a definite breakout candidate in 5A for Desert Edge, as his playmaking ability is off the charts. Tremendous athleticism with burst, twitch, and speed to be a clear threat every time he takes off. His arm shouldn’t be discredited though, as he’s shown the ability to step up in the pocket and deliver throws with timing, placement, and velocity. Really like his ability to throw on the run as he never loses field sense or speed, and can really make off platform throws look easy. Overall a really impressive QB that I believe is about to blow up and draw in some more D1 offers (holds an FCS offer from Northern Arizona).
Brady McDonough Brady McDonough 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Desert Mountain | 2024 State AZ , Desert Mountain ’24
The Navy commit is looking to lead his team to a bigger stage this fall after getting beat by Higley 35-33 in the 2022 semi’s. He displays a really good pocket presence to stand tall and climb up the pocket, and possesses that “self clock” to know when to abandon the throw and take off. He does a good job distinguishing whether to use touch vs velocity and can zip the ball in tight windows. Solid ability on the ground as he shows a nice burst in the open field with nice top end speed for big play ability.
Noah Trigueros Noah Trigueros 6'2" | 175 lbs | QB Notre Dame Prep | 2024 State AZ , Notre Dame Prep ’24
Trigueros is a kid I’ve had on my radar for a while now, and I don’t think he gets enough credit for what he brings to the table. Smart kid with a high football IQ that does all the little things right, but still possesses the talent level to get to a D1 school in my opinion. Fluid release with good accuracy on all throws with the ability to deliver strikes on the run. He does a great job selling play action and holds solid arm strength where can step up and let it fly downfield if he needs to. Good overall athlete behind center as he can pick up chunks of yards with his legs as well. A highly underrated prospect that has been getting Ivy League attention thus far.
Luke Haugo Luke Haugo 6'5" | 210 lbs | QB Higley | 2025 State AZ , Higley ’25
Higley loses a premier QB after their state championship win (Jamar Malone), but gains another as Haugo transfers in from North High. Haugo has a tremendous frame and build at 6’5″ 205lbs with room to add mass. Plus athleticism as he’s also a basketball standout and can dice up any defense if he gets the time to throw. Fluid, smooth release with good timing and ball placement on all throws. He currently holds 6 offers from: Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State, Oregon State, Utah, and Northern Arizona.
