Offense

Arbor View's offense suffered it's biggest loss this offseason when the top WR in the state- [player_tooltip player_id='811145' first='David' last='Washington']- announced his intent to leave the program in February. The Utah-commit was by far the offense's leading receiver with 52 catches for 800+ yards and 7 TDs. Looking to earn expanded roles in the passing game will be sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='402175' first='Jayden' last='Williams'] and senior Dominic Griese. Williams (offer from Utah Tech) is an agile athlete with flashy hands and quickness. Griese's a strong receiver out of the slot that excels in the short area. Returning senior QB [player_tooltip player_id='819546' first='Alonzo' last='Balderrama'] picked up valuable playing experience last season and will look to compete for time with talented 2027 QB [player_tooltip player_id='803284' first='Thaddeus' last='Thatcher']. Thatcher, the younger brother of LB [player_tooltip player_id='811010' first='Christian' last='Thatcher'], is a promising arm talent that picked up his first offer from UNLV in June. The OL unit is led by a talented group of seniors including OG Shaheem Jackson, OT [player_tooltip player_id='817728' first='Alex' last='Bobbera'], and C [player_tooltip player_id='821005' first='Ethan' last='Medcalf']. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='820612' first='Daniel' last='Boyd'] is one of the top OL prospects in his class and has generated interest from several major D-I programs including offers from Arizona and UNLV.

Defense

Arbor View's defense is led by PRZ NV's #2-overall prospect in the 2025 class LB [player_tooltip player_id='811010' first='Christian' last='Thatcher']. Thatcher's an extremely violent and productive defender in the box that posted 133 total tackles and 13 TFLs as a junior. He holds 20+ D-I offers including Oklahoma, Oregon, USC, Colorado, and UCLA. Senior DB [player_tooltip player_id='817723' first='Adrian' last='Peterson'] is a talented cover-corner on the perimeter that can play man-coverage and create turnovers on the outside. Senior DL [player_tooltip player_id='817730' first='Mario' last='Rivas'] leaves a big hole to fill on the front-seven after transferring to Long Beach Poly (CA) this offseason.
