Mario Fowler, DL, 2024 – Mario is a very good football player. He is a very strong and has the leverage to play the Nose Guard position at a high level. He has good pad level and a powerful lockout using quick hands. He maintains his gaps and keeps his feet moving to the tackle. He is relentless in his pass rush and easily collapses the pocket. He works well outside and down the LOS with speed. His motor never stops. Keep an eye on his season.
Javon Hammonds, DL, 2024 – JJ is a stud with many D1 offers on the table. He stands a fit 6’3 and weighs 230. He comes off the ball low and fast with great lockout. He always creates a new LOS and knocks the OL back. He has quick hands and keeps his eyes through the v of the neck. He makes tough tackles and never gives ground. His pass rush is twitchy with a great same arm/same leg move back to the QB. He finishes with aggression in the run and pass game. I am excited to see where he ends up next year.
Loveland
Liam Gurley, Edge, 2026 – Liam is a sophomore to keep an eye on in Southwest Ohio. He is tall already with room to grow. Played on the Frosh team last season and dominated at times. He fires off the snap with low pad level. He has a powerful punch with lockout. He makes quick work of the OL and sheds to the ball. He runs through the tackles with his hips. His inside move in the slant game is on point. I am impressed with his pass rush and ability to swim and rip with bend. Going to be a good one.
Kings HS
Ryan Doughman, OL, 2025 – Ryan is a very good OL standing 6’2 and weighing 280. He plays both tackle positions and dominates at times. He gets off the snap quickly utilizing proper technique. He punches on the rise and lifts defenders back. He is aggressive with his drive and down blocks. I am impressed with his ability to move laterally and cover up defenders. His pass prop is on point. He sets to the proper leverage with square shoulders. He punches powerfully with head back, and maintains inside position. He finishes rushers past the QB. He has had some great camp exposure and is worth a look for a D1 scholarship.
Nate Lyman Nate Lyman 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR Kings | 2025 State OH , WR, 2025 – Nate is another stud in the 2025 class for Kings. This past fall visited Ohio State and Toledo amongst others and has been heavily on the camp circuit. He is very fast off the snap and takes the top off the defense with the Fade route. He has good top end snap back to the QB on shorter routes. He catches with soft hands and out in front of his body. He has good twitch to turn and run after the catch. He had 7 TD’s this season and almost 1000 yards. Keep an eye on him this upcoming season.
