A run-stuffer in the middle of the line, Jake Evans Jake Evans 6’1″ | 220 lbs | DL Chagrin Falls | 2025 OH takes up a lot of space working against double teams to limit a ball carrier’s running lanes. Evans shows the ability to shed blocks in tight spaces well beyond a sophomore with impressive results. His strength on the varsity level was not in question last season and he is looking even bigger ahead of his junior campaign. Able to show off at a number of big camps including Dartmouth, Kent State and Yale to name some, Evans is showing why several Division I programs have their eye on him. Aside from working well in tight spaces, he does a good job latching onto ball carriers to rack up the tackles. Has good speed to go after runners to keep the pressure up when he’s on the field. Handles double teams with good strength fighting against the trap. Keeps on his blocks when the play is against him to free up linebackers. As far as defensive line prospects go, Evans is a guy that can only build on the success he had as a sophomore. Showing maturity as a sophomore in his game, Evans is an impact player in the making.

Dean Cullup
Dean Cullup
Dean Cullup is a full-framed tight end with soft hand and good speed to be a reliable set of hands working against the defense. A player his quarterback can trust on the move, Cullup has good instincts as a pass catcher to settle into his route and work towards open space. Is reliable in short to medium yard situations. Has soft hands to bring in passes with a good catch radius. Can catch passes on the run while keeping his feet under him to work upfield. Can line up as an additional blocker on the line with good success in providing coverage. Shows a good motor to keep his blocks up until the whistle is blown. Uses his speed to his advantage to get on his blocks quickly before his man has a chance to read the play. Steps up on defense as well to play end with good success as a pass rusher. Like he does as a receiver, speed is his weapon when lining up, but also showcases good power to get past linemen. Is quick with his hands to deflect blocks and use moves to complete moves past offensive linemen. Competes on the wrestling team during the offseason and is able to translate his hand check skills to the football field. Headed into his junior year, Cullup is a fun prospect to watch on both sides of the ball to be an impact player for his team.

Chris Flora
Chris Flora
Chris Flora plays left tackle with the right level of skill and aggression to make him an ideal college lineman. Flora doesn’t consider his job complete unless his man ends up buried on the turf. He gains elite leverage on defensive linemen and linebackers alike to gain control at contact and doesn’t relinquish his edge until the play is over. Flora is as strong as he is skilled for his position showcasing his abilities on a regular basis. As a junior, Flora played like a veteran ready for anything coming his way. He maintains a balanced stance that is ready to deliver power in an instant. His pass protection form looks well beyond a junior from his film and he has worked to improve his footwork this offseason with camps at Kentucky, Pitt and Temple to name a few. While he currently has four offers to Mount Union, Mercyhurst, Wheeling University, and Notre Dame College, Flora is a guy that is going to make whatever program he chooses better as soon as he steps onto the field. Showing elite work ethic to keep improving, Flora is one of my top linemen to watch this fall.

Antonio Heath
Antonio Heath
A left tackle with overwhelming size and the strength to match it, Antonio Heath simply overpowers opponents in both the pass and run game. Heath has good mobility for his size to aid him in being an effective blocker. His large wingspan covers a large area when picking up the blitz or working into the second level. Shows firm ability to block against opponents head up or against linebackers. Loads up his strength from his legs and gets his feet working as soon as he engages into his block. Footwork is sound for his 6-foot-6 frame to keep his body in front of his man with good body control. Has been working this offseason to gain more strength across the board. Maintaining a good routine to work on his form and technique in between camps where he has been successful at gaining several offers including Bowling Green, Notre Dame College and Tarleton State where he has announced his verbal commitment ahead of his senior year. With a lot to show for already, Heath is a player who can only go up from here once his senior year starts.
