Continue ReadingBustillos is a still developing lineman but shows good feet, athleticism and body control for the position while not carrying any bad weight and will only continue to develop his technique and pack on mass. On tape, he snaps out of his stance, shows patient hands in pass protection and solid lateral movement abilities while not lunging and performing well timed punches with his off-hand. In the run game, he can block vertically and get to the second level while also flashing the ability to pull and get out to the second level with the proper angle and is not afraid to finish blocks with nasty intentions. Just sneaking inside our top ten at the offensive line position, he will have monster Junior season for Westwood.
Scheller is a no brainer P5 caliber kid with great hands, bend and explosion out of his stance. He flashes he can get under the pads of blockers, lock out quickly and can redirect and shed at the POA with hand violence and power. Scheller is athletic enough to two-gap and can move around anywhere from a 0-4i tech while collapsing the pocket quickly and showing he can track down ball carriers backside and is a high motor guy. In pass rush, he shows a variety of power moves and knows when to counter back inside and can also provide a speed rush when in a shade with a quick use of hands and violent hips.
Highlights
Horton is an elite passer from outside the pocket with outstanding pocket awareness and footwork in-between the tackles when weaving through traffic. He excels at throwing on the run and across his body without losing zip on the ball, and can fit it into tight windows over the top while throwing his receivers open with precession placement. He is a high IQ kid that operates through his progressions and moves third level defenders with his eyes, and knows when to tuck it and take off with a nice burst and runs tough with the ball in his hands. Utah Tech has already offered and it should not be long until other FCS+ schools offer the talented rising Junior as he is one of the better signal callers in the state.
