Today we were able to see some great talent. There were a lot of guys that came out ready to compete. Everybody can’t win MVP. There are some guys who didn’t win MVP that did a great job. These guys will see their stock rise soon.
Ashton Taylor Ashton Taylor 5'8" | 150 lbs | RB KY , RB, Holy Trinity Clifton, 2028
Taylor is a super athletic prospect with a lot of upside. He was one of the best prospects to show up yesterday. Taylor can do it all. He knows how to run routes. He has very good hands. Taylor is also very elusive. This young man is going to be a big time prospect from the 2028 class. All he has to do is make sure he stays in the weightroom.
Thomas Manu, QB, Maryville Junior, 2027
Manu has a very nice spiral on the ball. He isn’t that tall yet, but he has a strong arm. He also has some good speed. Manu can move around very well in the pocket. I saw some good things from him throwing the football yesterday. I was more impressed with his ability to change directions in drills. He is a guy that can be listed as an athlete. I’ll be sure to keep up with his progress.
Brayton Feister, ATH, Archbishop Hogan, 2027
Feister was definitely one of the best prospects to show up yesterday. He is a prospect that catches your eyes as soon as you see him. This young man is built like a machine. He is also very fast. He ran a 4.62 40 yard dash yesterday. Feister also has very quick feet. I think that he is going to be a power five linebacker one day. He moves extremely well in drills. We saw him working out at running back yesterday. I definitely wished we could have seen him take a few reps at LB. His stock is going to rise this season.
Fletcher Fields, WR, Forrest, 2027
Fields is a crafty route runner with good hands. He has some nice speed with very elusive moves. He knows how to get separation from cornerbacks. Fields also has good ball skills. He wasn’t the receiver MVP, but he was very smooth.
Chance Adams, WR, Brownsburg, 2027
Adams is a very smooth route runner with good hands. He is 6-foot-2 already with very long arms. He is going to pick up weight soon. That will help him be a powerful receiver just as much as he is crafty. Adams does a great job in drills. You can tell that he is trained up well. He also has some good hands. He snatches the ball out of the air when it comes his way.
