I wanted to take time to highlight the top performances from the game and who stayed consistent, opened some eyes, or demanded we put some respect on their name moving forward. <p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>#88</strong> <strong>Drake James</strong> | OL - Stout performance up front. Protected Quarterback and created lanes for Running Backs averaged 5 + yds per carry. Pulled with a purpose blowing up DE's at Guard.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>#33</strong> <strong>Nate Walsh</strong> | OLB - Took good pursuit angles and chopped down ball carriers. Picked off an extra point attempt for a momentum swing.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>#5</strong> <strong>Arric</strong> <strong>Dawkins</strong> | RB - 1st carry went for a 50+ yd touchdown that was called back and had another one called back as well later in the game. Ran hard with great vision in between the tackles. Took more than one defender to get him on the ground.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>#16</strong> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='991979' first='Thomas' last='Mitchell']</strong> | WR/DB - Beat two defenders deep for a touchdown reception and ended the game with an interception. Did his job well when named called.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>#8 [player_tooltip player_id='1141052' first='Tamir' last='Rhett']</strong> | DE - Kept the edge contained forcing the ball inside for help most plays and used speed to disrupt back field mesh points. Tackles struggled putting two hands on him.</p>

When targeted made plays including a big 3rd down conversion when high pointing ball over safety to keep the chains moving.</p>
