Continue ReadingA lean-cut, promising tackle prospect out of Morris Knolls NJ is somehow unranked. Division One level interest, as well as an offer out of Saint Anselm, Sam Fallon Sam Fallon 6’5″ | 295 lbs | OL Morris Knolls | 2024 NJ showed up and showed out this past Tuesday night, ready to impress any and all coaches in attendance. He certainly impressed me, serving as a lineman who landed on the athletic end of the spectrum. Basketball forward/center, standing at 6’5, 290, Fallon’s performance was cut short after a brutal head-to-head hit during 1v1s had his eye black and blue. Fallon didn’t let the injury ruin his time, as he still managed to talk to coaches after, making his rounds. Almost boasts a 7-foot wingspan.
Highlights
Conor Gaul
Conor Gaul
Very pleased with Episcopal Academy’s soon-to-be senior prospect Conor Gaul. 6’2, 260, IOL reps while also being IDL capable, Gaul left many coaches quietly pleased. This was a great coach showing particularly for Gaul, who hopes to land on PSAC radars. His performance should’ve done just that. Sturdy and balanced in his stance, consistent punch to the chest off the snap, I love the sense of urgency Gaul displayed as well. Gaul saw the opportunity placed in front of him, he didn’t disappoint.
Adon Gross
Adon Gross
Thomas Barr
Thomas Barr
Thomas Barr and Adon Gross are well on their way to becoming ranked, relatively high too, dating back to when I discovered them a couple months back. Dugery and Pante are gone, even with tape under their belts, you’re going to see a ton of Gross and Barr moving forward.
Adon Gross was yet another Haverford prospect that exemplified the work Coach Isdaner has put in to develop these young men the right way. I did what I could to mention Gross to coaches repping Saint Francis, I think he’s an offer-now type of linemen prospect for programs like SFU. FBS could be in his future, with Monmouth and Delaware showing interest.
Thomas Barr is a 2025 prospect to know, I wrote up an eval for the young man just over a month ago. A lot of what I saw on tape was validated in person. Size, checked out. Feet good enough to pull/move, checked out. I got a chance to speak with him a bit too. Barr is going to benefit playing alongside rising 2025 Joshua Williams Joshua Williams 6’5″ | 300 lbs | OL The Haverford School | 2025 State PA . The more eyes the better.
Walt Frazier Walt Frazier 6’2″ | 275 lbs | DL Haverford | 2026 State PA is a current Watchlist freshman prospect who I saw on Haverford’s Hudl back when I did a deep dive into their underclassmen earlier in the year. Frazier was one of the names on roster that I was most excited to see. Frazier doesn’t boast the size that some of these other behemoth linemen possess. Yet he’s the ideal build suitable to wreak havoc at defensive line. Watching and learning from teammate Barnes-Pace, Walt Frazier Walt Frazier 6’2″ | 275 lbs | DL Haverford | 2026 State PA has all the tools necessary to be the next great IDL at Haverford, they’ve got a track record on that side of the ball too.
Joshua Colella
Joshua Colella
What a first impression for Conrad Weiser freshman Joshua Colella. No tape, no Twitter, yet take my word for it, this kid was lights out all camp. A freshman lineman, dealing with some seasoned EDGE/IDL, Colella did more than hold his own, hardly getting deep into the pocket against real speed off the edge. We all checked our rosters several times for a name, each time being excited that Colella possessed this skillset this early on. Very excited to get him ranked moving forward, right now I’d settle to just get him on Twitter. Every bit of 6’3, 265+ pounds.
Must have said it 3-4 times at this camp, I don’t know how I let this kid slip on my radar. I need to do a better job repping Hamburg and other neighboring schools as a whole, yet missing this kid and having his first PRZ piece be this late into his HS career is tough to swallow. I’ll gladly share his name moving forward. Semmel was the first prospect at this event that caught my eye, I eventually fell down the rabbit hole of figuring out who he was. Phenomenal build, an incredible work ethic shows itself with one look at his physique or Twitter. A real 6’3, almost touching 6’4, 225 with H-Back and OLB capabilities, Semmel decided to spend the camp at WR/TE, showing off his stride out of his stance, as well as his hands and overall athleticism. I’d argue he had the best overall performance among a group with real scholarship offers. He’s going to get his. Captain, wrestler, and athlete on the track, this kid is the ideal college prospect.
Isaiah Danner
Isaiah Danner
Another head-scratcher. How I missed Isaiah Danner out of Hershey is beyond me. 6’6, 270 pounds. Have video of him running his 40, solid movement skills, and flexibility. Everyone at camp was clamoring to see Danner at tackle, which his build screams right out the gate. Yet Danner elected to show off his flexibility and spring in his hips by working at tight end. I can’t fault the young man for attempting to show off his athleticism in front of coaches, that he did. His Hudl tape, although very limited, shows off in-line tight-end reps along with some IDL reps. Danner drew a ton of attention, yet he has to do what he can to put out serious tape for coaches to see. IDL/TE, maybe OL in his future, the more reps at different alignments, the better. The build and athleticism is there for someone to mold, however.
Robbie Sturges
Robbie Sturges
Impressed by Sturges’ complete camp, 4,65 40, 34″ vert, 9’5 broad jump. All are numbers that would have impressed if they were held at our PRZ camps. The Perkiomen Valley All-Area LB and TE might deserve a ranking based on his performance alone. If you hadn’t gotten the point, this section is for the kids I missed who should have some kind of representation on our lists. Robbie Sturges will get his.
As I mentioned in Donovan Gingrich Donovan Gingrich 6’1″ | 195 lbs | QB Conrad Weiser | 2025 State PA ‘s evaluation, this wasn’t the best quarterback group. Yet Gingrich, along with Abington Heights sophomore Shawn Theodore Shawn Theodore 6’2″ | 180 lbs | ATH Abington Heights | 2025 State PA , stood out among the rest. I wanted passers to stick out, yet with most throws I was left disappointed. Not the case when Shawn Theodore Shawn Theodore 6’2″ | 180 lbs | ATH Abington Heights | 2025 State PA took his reps. Accuracy was one thing that impressed, yet it was his placement when his receivers were bottled up that caught my eye. Theodore, in this limited setting, was able to wow. Theodore is a new quarterback prospect that I’m excited to get on the database moving forward. Good build too, 6’2, 175.
Derek Guzman
Derek Guzman
Probably the best wideout in attendance. I sounded like a broken record, clamoring for coaches near me to check out his next rep. Each and every time, Derek Guzman made me look good. The best separator at this camp, the Hershey two-way prospect dominated competition left and right. Great set-up release at the LOS, great acceleration out of breaks to create distance from DBs. Guzman had a plan when attacking each rep and DB and executed each rep accordingly, thus resulting in him being open pretty much all night. Guzman could have come down with a few more passes, yet his overall performance left a lasting impression. Coaches caught on to my excitement watching the kid run. Here’s to hoping it comes of something sooner rather than later.
Joe Marcello
Joe Marcello
If not for Derek Guzman, New Jersey’s Joe Marcello would have taken the “toughest guard” at this camp. He still can make his case, as the 5’10, 180-pound wideout was making kids look silly left and right. Smaller frame, yet not deterred off route when met with physicality from DBs. Speed and acceleration skills often left flat-footed DBs in the dust. Good hands too, again, smaller stature that was still willing to get up for balls and come down with catches. I don’t cover NJ prospects yet the young man’s performance forced my hand.
Carmine Diaz
Carmine Diaz
Here’s another quarterback prospect turned wideout, formerly out of Bangor High, now residing at Notre Dame Green Pond. I can’t be upset at his move to WR/TE, the young man showed secure hands and good movement skills. Being 6’4 is certainly intriguing, yet he still has a ways to go in terms of nuanced route-running. He’s new to the position, a basketball prospect too. He’s a prime candidate to break out moving forward, especially considering he’s only a sophomore.
