2023 Outlook:

With the amount of talent returning and the number of participants Coach Bruton has recruited to come join this new program, no reason not to believe the Cardinals will finish above .500. Being above .500 certainly is not Gainesville goal as they want to keep marching into the district playoffs. "For the 2023 football season our expectations are extremely high, but they have to be managed. We want a winning record and to make the playoffs. The Gainesville area, and in particular the western side of Prince William County has always been a great spot for football. We are excited for the community to have a team to cheer for." Head Coach Daniel Bruton

Certainly you can see with the number of playmakers returning that Gainesville offense is set to explode this coming fall. As Coach Bruton said Prince William County is a hotbed for football, there is is talent all over the whole area. Making the playoffs should not only be a goal, advancing to the semi-finals and even regional finals should be on the Cardinals mind. It will not be easy, but Coach Bruton has this squad and community all the way in.
