This West Tennessee quarterback lands at the top spot based on his physical traits and tremendous upside that can reach beyond the college ranks. Glover has all the physical tools you want in a starting quarterback with his size, mobility and outstanding arm strength that will only get stronger the more he matures. For the quarterback position, the Dragons senior passer has as much upside as anyone and he is just starting to come into his own. So far through his recruitment, Glover has added a bevy of D1 offers, including a few P5’s from Boston College, Indiana and Houston and I feel many others are on its way.

Coming off winning a state title as a junior, Muschamp has been one of hottest recruited QB prospects over the past few months until recently when he took himself off the board by pledging to the Vanderbilt Commodores. A big reason for Muschamp’s ascension is his feel for the game and simple understanding on how to lead his team to victories. This guy is a winner that doesn’t blink under pressure and has a knack for making plays at the biggest moments. That kind of moxy can play over real well at Vandy and inside the Southeastern Conference.

Sporting great size and a calm presence behind center, St-Hilaire is a big, physical pocket passer that throws one of the best deep balls from our in-state class. He can push the ball down field with the best of them and that trait was a big reason for St-Hilaire being ranked within our Top 30 and becoming a Vanderbilt commit. He still has more work to do with his overall mobility but the arm talent and football knowledge is there for this Canadian native to not only make his way onto the depth chart with the Commodores early but fight for the eventual starting role.

A multi year starter with a powerful right arm, Smith has some of the best zip you will find from any quarterback within our #TN2024 class. This West Tennessee passer can place the ball wherever he wants to as Smith has the arm power and quick release to excel on the Power Five level. Pittsburgh has already offered and many others have been sniffing around over the past few weeks. Expect to see Smith’s stock rise further in the coming months as he is able to display his skill set in front of college coaches at camps this summer.
Highlights
Coming in ranked 5th among our in-state quarterbacks, Pagach has possibly the best throwing mechanics of anybody at his position and someone that shows the ability to make all the tough, NFL level throws. Pagach throws a beautiful ball that is placed properly for his receivers to make plays after the catch as well as place it on time, ahead of the defenders. His talents aren’t going unnoticed as Pagach has picked up offers from Miami OH, Pittsburgh, UNLV, Washington St., Western Ky and others along with interest from several P5, D1 schools. Expect this 6’3 gunslinger to shine during college camp season.

Graham has been one of most well known quarterback names in this state for several years now and that’s because he has some of the best pure mechanics of any at his position along with the arm strength to sustain well on the D1 level. This guy is a worker and someone dedicated to the game and his development moving forward. Graham is a cerebral quarterback that does the film and field work on a consistent basis, always striving to be the best he can be. Any school that signs this guy will be getting a guy who brings high value to the quarterback room and beyond.

Streeter burst onto the scene last year as a junior in backup duty but his stock has taken off even more this offseason as coaches have done a deep dive on his talents and they see someone with college upside and the potential to become a starter one day. That upside landed Streeter inside the #TN2024 Top 100 and I could see his ranking rise even further over the next few months as he continues his development while performing on the big camp stage this summer in front of collegiate coaches.
Highlights
The offseason has been good to Hammonds thus far as he has received a few D1 offers while gaining interest from many others while also putting in the work to place himself among the top ten QB’s in the state and place himself within the Top 100 of the #TN2024 rankings. A strong armed passer with nice size and mechanics, Hammonds looks the part of a college guy and throws it like one too. He stands strong in the pocket, delivering the ball with conviction while also having the athleticism to make plays with his legs. He has a lot of tools that translate very well to the collegiate playing fields.
Highlights
Ranking just inside the #PRZTN Top 100, Keith is an intriguing talent to watch over the coming months as he has a smooth throwing motion along with a good arm strength and athleticism that fit well on the next level but he is still waiting on his recruitment to explode. Keith does hold several offers already with a few from the D1 level but his arm talent warrants bigger looks. He is a bit undersized but he plays much bigger, showing poise in the pocket and delivering some of the prettiest passes I have seen on film throughout this entire cycle.

If you are looking for a possible breakout candidate from the QB position this year, Carlson could be your guy. A well built young man with a strong left arm, Carlson shows on the film the talent and upside to play on the D1 level, which is why he ranks within the Top 10 at his position for the #TN2024 class. Carlson is an accurate passer with good pocket mobility that keeps his eyes down field, always looking for the open receiver. Offers have yet to come his way but I truly feel Carlson is a hidden gem that should see an influx with his recruitment after a strong summer season of camp work.
