Five Seniors I MUST Watch this Fall

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With schedules releasing and school winding down, it's time to look toward the summer and soon toward two-a-days + the start of the 2023 football season. The next few months will include a ton of camps, travel, and getting amped up for the fall season. The following five players are guys I have NOT seen in person yet, and I'll do my best to catch a game of each of them!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">QB | [player_tooltip player_id='77217' first='CJ' last='Carr'] | Saline | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/9771096/CJ-Carr/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>How have I not seen the best player in the class in person? CJ needs no introduction, and I'd honestly be wasting time talking about his game. This is a borderline 5-star prospect who's been training for College Primetime his whole life. I've live-streamed his games and have watched highlights, but nothing would beat seeing this guy perform in person. Week 1 against Brighton, Week 2 against Dexter, Week 3 against Bedford, and Week 9 against Lake Orion are all games I'm interested in. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">ATH | [player_tooltip player_id='249497' first='CJ' last='Hibbler'] | Petoskey | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/15169145/CJ-Hibbler/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hibbler has been out with an injury for quite a while and has since gained several offers. I personally have only seen Hibbler once in person, and that was during the PRZ Spring showcase back in 2022. His tape shows joystick ability and an insane amount of yardage per game. Extremely productive player and someone I'd love to catch a game of.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">RB | [player_tooltip player_id='254032' first='AJ' last='Martel'] | Mason | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/11651111/AJ-Martel/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I'm super excited for Mason this season, so don't be surprised if I show up to a playoff game of theirs. [player_tooltip player_id='254032' first='AJ' last='Martel'] has quietly been one of the best and most exciting running backs in the state, and his senior season has the chance to end with a state championship ring. Mason was real good in 2021, even better in 2022, and without (Dante) Moore to compete against, AJ, Cason, and the Bulldogs have a shot to do something special.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">ATH | [player_tooltip player_id='253204' first='Drew' last='MacKool'] | Walled Lake Northern | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/11773819/Drew-MacKool/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I really like Drew's tape, and I feel like he's generally very underrated, and I feel I could be underrating him. WLN isn't really known for great offense, and this is a program that went winless last season. Even though WLN has had its woes, I believe [player_tooltip player_id='255318' first='Drew' last='MaKool'] is a likely Division III prospect but hasn't had a great opportunity to show it. Seeing what he can do in person will shed some light on his evaluation!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">LB | [player_tooltip player_id='652817' first='Gabe' last='Amid'] | Zeeland East | <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/14840166/Gabriel-Amid/about">Hudl</a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>To be completely honest, I wasn't blown away by Gabe's Junior tape. But at Prep Redzone's showcase in Wixom earlier this month, he balled out. Gabe tested very well, performed very well during competition, and I could tell he was in the zone and having a blast. I think Gabe could be a breakout performer in the OK-Green, and if he performs well against the great competition he'll face, then he'll get college attention.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
