Mitchell jumped to #1 in the TE rankings after transferring from Allen HS (TX) to Los Alamitos. He’s a blue-chip prospect with an elite combination of size (6’5”/265), skill, and athleticism. He has an incredibly high ceiling and flashes potential to have a Brock Bowers-type impact on a P-5 offense at the next level. Mitchell’s top offers include Oklahoma, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Ia’s been the biggest offseason stock-riser at the position, picking up 5 P-5 offers since December. He possesses ideal size (6’6”/215) and athleticism as a receiving threat and shows promising flashes as a physical run-blocker. He’s a skilled route-runner with upside in his natural hands, body control, and radius. Ia’s offers include Tennessee, Washington, SDSU, ASU, and Cal with more expected to come.
Highlights
Edwards added his first two Pac-12 offers from Washington and Oregon St. in January. He’s a big, physical target at 6’6”/215 that doubles as a DE. He presents great length as a pass-catcher and can run routes from any position on the field. He’s dominant in 1v1 situations with DBs and presents significant size mismatches when moved to the perimeter. Edwards now holds 4 total offers with the other two from Nevada and San Jose St.
Bryce transferred from Camarillo to Newbury Park this offseason where he’ll join one of the top 2026 QBs in the nation, Brady Smigiel Brady Smigiel 6'4" | 175 lbs | QB Newbury Park | 2025 CA . He’s a multi-dimensional TE with great size and physicality at 6’5”/235. He’s a technical run blocker that can move DL off the ball with great leverage and hand placement. He runs the middle of the field well as a receiver and catches in traffic/tight coverage with strong hands. Bryce added offers from Nevada, BYU, and Colorado St. in January and has drawn interest from multiple Pac-12 programs. He could be due for a breakout season in his new offense.
Ford’s a developing TE prospect with promising raw upside in his length and feel for the position. He shows ability to adjust his body to the ball and can win 50-50 balls in tight coverage utilizing his reach. He’s aggressive at the POA as a blocker but could use more consistent pad level. Ford just picked up his first offer from UNLV in January and will be one of the more intriguing TE prospects in NorCal this coming season.
Ploog’s a skilled athlete with promising body control and feel for his 6’6”/200 frame. He’s a smooth receiver at the catch point and bullies smaller defenders as a run blocker. Ploog’s a dual-sport athlete (football/basketball) and just picked up his first offer from SDSU in January.
