We roll on in our film review series after an exciting part 1 (Found here). A reminder, about once a quarter, I'll send out a tweet asking for film to review and then... I'll review it. Ed Brooks does a similar thing, so make sure to reply to his tweet as well. Last time I looked at five 2024s, and while I'm not finished reviewing that class, I've decided to look at some 2025s.

[player_tooltip player_id='1050645' first='Isaiah' last='Blair'], WR, 6'2 175- Northwood

Blair is a standout on the court and is just coming into his own as a football player. He already has great size and is able to use his speed and quickness to get past his defender. He's raw as a receiver, but catches it with his hands and flashes some after the catch ability.

Jakota Hase, WR, 5'11- Carolina Bearcats

Hase is a really intriguing prospect with solid film. The sophomore that goes to CATA plays for the Carolina Bearcats, a co-op that has produced a few quality recruits. Hase lacks elite size, but separates well excels as a route-runner. He wasn't anywhere near my radar until reaching out on Twitter, but I'm here to follow his progress now. His film speak for itself.

[player_tooltip player_id='342979' first='Jamar' last='Gillard'], 5'8, 150, DB- South View

Despite his stature, Gillard's physicality stands out on film. He's decisive as a slot corner and safety, putting him around the ball nearly every play. If he gains some weight, watch out, because his football IQ and playmaking abilities are off the charts. He's solid in coverage and holds his own with the ball in the air.

[player_tooltip player_id='428342' first='Elijah' last='Edwards'], 5'9 180, Ath.- East Forsyth

Edwards plays both running back and receiver for East Forsyth and while he's a more natural runner than pass-catcher, he's a guy you just want in space. He's a shifty runner with breakaway speed. He's not the most advanced route runner, but he gets open and displays serious ball skills. I'm interested to see how he develops as a downfield receiver because he already brings some versatility to the fray.

[player_tooltip player_id='1190464' first='Jaden' last='McInnis'], 5'9 175, RB- Northern Guilford

I must not have been paying attention, because until Jaden sent me his film, I had no idea Northern Guilford had another McInnis waiting in the wings. McInnis is a natural runner with good vision and pad level. He's always going to run through arm tackles and has a knack for finding open holes. I was surprised at McInnis' ability as a receiver out of the backfield. As he grows, I think he could become a high-level recruit.
