The LT2FBA linemen training camp circuit kicked back off today in Coppell and featured some talented prospects.
Tristan V’ao – Mansfield Timberview – 2025
Tristan is a 6’3 325 pound people mover with a 3.4 GPA. He has good feet, quick hands, a violent punch and was very impressive at camp. From my evaluation he’s a sure fire division one prospect that is primed for a huge off season. He’s already taken an unofficial visit to the University of Texas and was selected as a FBU Adidas All America game participant.
HUDL –
Jordan Stafford – Coppell – 2025
Jordan is a big body interior offensive line prospect who had a great day at camp. Since seeing him on tape last fall he has noticeably improved his base, posture, hand positioning, and punch. He did a great job for Coppell’s JV1 last year and will be a big part of their rotation this upcoming fall. He was impressive in the competition periods and successfully took the coaching points from the meeting to the field.
Andrew Gross – Coppell – 2025
Andrew is a 6’3 275 pound fundamentally sound prospect that lit camp up again this week. His technique shined in the drill work and his strike and vice has improved tenfold from the last time we seen him roll through his field work. He has played tackle and guard last fall and I project him out as playing on the interior in college.
Truett Praytor – Coppell – 2025
Truett is a 6’0 240 pound interior offensive lineman that was impressive in camp. He displayed great feet, good body posture and above average cleat control. He showed a good baseline of athleticism and did well with the redirection portion of camp. He also intentional and deliberate with his strike and vice and displayed patient and violent hands.
He also shows the ability to long and short snap as well as playing center.
Alex Jackson – Coppell – 2025
Alex is a 6’2 250 pound interior offensive lineman that has been a superlative performer at the last two camps that we’ve seen him at. Last fall he was a pillar for the Cowboys offensive line and looks primed for another big year and has also added long and short snapping to his repertoire.
